The cashier was extremely rude. Brought a pack of gum placed in her hands and told her I would be putting it in my purse and she scanned it then threw it in the counter. No customer service or a greeting from her. Taking my money elsewhere.

This is the most ghetto, ratchet,nasty and most discussing dollar general I have ever been too. There is a lady there with a brownish blackish shoulder length wig and has drawn on eyes brows,the will TALK YOUR HEAD OFF AND SHE MOVE SO SLOW. If u see here, turn around,and drive away. Trust me, u will be there for 10 minutes waiting in line, she will try and talk your head off while she is scanning your stuff. AND Shelves ARE NEVER STOCKED. All they really have is food,home decor and toys and sum crafting and cleaning stuff BUT THATS IT it's sad. And employees are very rude and disrespectful. It's sad. Smh??♀️

This is literally the worst Dollar General in possibly all of South Carolina but definitely in Rock hill. they never have anything stocked , the cashiers are rude, their credit card machine doesn't work half the time and there have been times where they've just been outright closed in the middle of the day. but today was the worst . I like to buy the Bahama Sunset cat litter from Tidy Cats from Dollar General it seems to work better than a lot of other Tidy Cats and Dollar General the only place that sells it. I stopped in today and they didn't have any on the shelf .Actually, they didn't hardly have any litter on the shelf at all. There was a girl in the back stocking so I asked her if she could check in the back to see if there was any there. she said no, because it doesn't come in any special box . Then I saw on the stock cart next to her there were two boxes of it. There were a few boxes stacked on top of it. She said she'd have to put everything away that was on top of them first and could I give her about an hour. Worst service ever , I don't know why I ever even bother stopping here. As someone who works in retail, I would have moved the boxes aside and happily given them to the customer. She obviously does not know the value of taking care of your customer.

Cashier was so rude I would not recommend this store , she don’t know how to respect the customer management need to hire some nice people who knows how to help if I could I would give a zero stars to the cashier. She charged the extra for what I bought.
