I gave her three just to give her the benefit of the doubt because she never got as far as grooming my dog because of how short and snippy she was with me when I called to schedule. This is someone that I would have to trust and leave my dog with and first impression is everything but obviously not to her. For me to not even want to go as far as booking the appointment says a lot! Far from friendly :/ she should definitely work on her people skills, specially if she wants someone to gain their trust with their precious pup!

We take our Cockapoo, Molly to Tenara all the time. Molly is one hyper-active dog but she behaves well and loves Tenara. I wouldn't take her anywhere else!

I called and left a message about my 2 dogs being groomed. I did NOT receive ANY call back...NO return call at all. My dogs WILL NOT be groomed here in the future!

I went once and loved it but have been calling for two months for another nail trim and neverrrr hear back for an appointment. Kind of disappointing to not have my phone call returned.

Tenara is AWESOME with all 3 of our dogs. She does a fantastic job grooming the long haired dachshund, she's gentle with the 11 year old Rat Terrier and soothing with the 2 year old Chihuahua. I won't take them anywhere else!!

The lady who owns this establishment is very nice and helpful. Also, she did a great job grooming my baby at a fair price.The only thing I didn't like was having to drop my pup off there at 9am and picking him back up at 3pm.
