I went there around 3:00 3:30 the guy who helped us was very nice his name was Patrick he answered all the questions that I had and he had told me that I would be out of there by 6:00 all I needed was a tire sensor put on my car cuz one of them went out I literally sat there in their waiting room until almost 7:00 before I was even taken care of they can't jumping over me people will come in that did not have an appointment and they took care of them first and I was the last one out of there I do not recommend this company to anyone yes I was treated unfairly and for customer service my son had to be at work at 8:00 that night and I live about 45 minutes away so because of them they made my son late to work I will take my business somewhere else that would treat me right that was wrong of them and I will never go back to him

The best place I’ve ever gotten tires from hands-down. The staff is always super friendly and courteous. Plus the tire prices are reasonable. I also recommend buying your tire certificates for the added peace of mind. Their website is a great place to buy the tires, and you can schedule an appointment there without any problems for the installation. They also have a no hassle rotation and balancing service, and also patching of flats included with the purchase. I’ve had a couple of tires patched without any problems, and I have never had any problem getting my tires balanced or rotated either. Don’t waste your time looking to save a couple of bucks anywhere else. I made that mistake a couple of years ago, and bought a couple of tires from Walmart… It took hours just to get two tires installed, and the person who installed them over inflated one of the tires to the point of actually damaging it and had to replace it. So save yourself the headache, just go to discount tire. You will not be sorry.

Ordered and had 4 Defender 2 tires installed, but left with flat tire indicator on. 3 subsequent visits to different Discount Tires and still not fixed. The TPMS is not working correctly, and my option is to take to Toyota and pay for and file small claims at this point.

Turned up with a Flat tyre I had removed from my rental car, LJ is an awesome guy and an asset to this business, went out of his way to make sure I was back on the road, even had one of the guys re fit the tyre and help put the spare back under the car. Absolutely awesome business

I had issues getting my new tire sensors programmed at another tire shop after a tire install. Stopped by Discount and they had it done in 5 mins as a courtesy. Unbelievable service which is hard to find these days, you have my business in the future!

The staff here is very friendly and they are very knowledgeable. The only reason my review is not a 5 star is that if you have an appointment and customers walk in they will put you behind them. My appointment was at 8:15 am and when they opened the store 5 customers walked in, my car did not get pulled in until 9am. What's the point of making an appointment when you can walk in and jump the people who made appointments.

Great place for tires or to get repairs. They seem very honest and not pushy. Will be coming here for tires in the foreseeable future.
