Staff is professional and the store itself usually has everything that i am looking for. Problem is that they are not punctual with opening. It could be coincidental, but I've arrived multiple times at opening and every time they've been 5-10 minutes late opening. Today 5/30 was the worst. I arrived at 8:20am and the store was still not open.

I was so excited for this location to open so close to my house, but I quickly discovered to forget it even exists. I have tried several times to give it another chance, thinking okay, maybe they are just short staffed and overworked, but after so many times, excuses can't be made. I have seen the pharmacy staff act outright rude, roll eyes, and sigh when customers in front of me had questions or needed help. The main store checkout counter employees have been total opposite and kind, but pharmacy area, negative. The last straw was this morning, I arrived at 8:00am (opening time) and sat and sat and stood and waited, and watched about 20+ people pull up, discover the doors were locked and leave. This location is already like a ghost town compared to most because it is so new, but becoming more so due to the reputation of customer service. Someone else needs to take over or come in and clean house or it WILL fail. Best of luck to the store owner, customers are dropping like flies and there are too many additional locations within miles of this new one, so "convenience" will not be your backup for long.

One of the more condensed CVS locations that I have ever seen. The store is very well put together and stocked and the employees are terrific.

Would give zero stars if allowed. Came to drop off a prescription and waited 10mins to only be stared at and not spoken to or helped. Another customer walked up and was helped immediately. Will never go back here!

Who knew I had to be 18 to purchase Benadryl… well at CVS. I just went to the 7/11 instead and guess what…. I didn’t need to be 18 to purchase a simple antihistamine. Embarrassing that I have to buy a OTC drug at a gas station instead of a Pharmaceutical store. Just go to a Walmart instead smh

Great customer service and very helpful and friendly. There is a young African American guy that work there he is super nice please visit this store you will not regret it. Also very clean place.

This is hands down the BEST CVS in the area. I was having issues with another location and the Pharmacist here was so helpful! This is by far the best customer service I've ever received from a Pharmacist and team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This is the absolute worst CVS I have ever been to. I have had my prescriptions at CVS for years and never had an issue. All of the sudden the past couple of months I’ve had an issue every time. Most recently, the pharmacist was extremely rude, rolled his eyes, and slammed the drive through window because I asked him to check to see how much my prescription would be if I paid cash.They have changed my prescription, lied to me, and have refused to rerun my insurance on multiple occasions. I try to give grace since everywhere is short staffed, but their customer service is honestly appalling.
