Unbelievably slow pharmacy. You’d think being this close to the hospital they would try to get a things done quickly. Pharmacy staff has zero interest in fast service. Will never use again.

I have visited this store often have found some of the staff friendly for the most part the tall lady who works mostly in the cosmetics is very sweet and super friendly! However, I have noticed the carpets are rather dirty, trash cans are overflowing and the parking lot is littered with trash and old construction debris. Not a good look CVS.

please don’t go here for your passport photos. you are way better off getting them done at the clerk of court. it’s also cheaper to get them done there as well!

Have been using this CVS pharmacy for years...has gotten worse and worse in that time. Now you cannot even talk to a person anymore. Tried 4 different times to call and work through their ridiculous new automated system. The old what you could at least get to someone in the pharmacy eventually. End result YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE TO GET TO ANYONE IN THE PHARMACY...AND GUESS WHAT...THAT IS CORRECT...NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK! They called me looking for information and I have no way to call them back. Not too great for disabled people...!! Customer Service is completely gone...so sad... No wonder they have a 2 star review from all of the reviews. They don't even deserve the 1star I had to give them to write this review.

Busy store. I always have a positive experience. Well stocked and it is open 24hrs which we needed a few weeks ago to pick up a prescription at 1:00am after being discharged from the hospital

The CVS pharmacy on Celanese Rd. Rock Hill, SC is the absolute WORST when it comes to customer service and production. I have been trying to get my prescription filled for two weeks for my Trulicity and I am pre-diabetic. My insurance had approved and my doctor submitted the request for another refill. I sent my daughter to pick it up for me on May 2, 2024 and they told her that they waiting on pre- authorization from my doctor. LIESSSS!! My doctors office at Atrium told me it had been sent. So I came back May 3,2024...same thing but the pharmacist for the evening shift ( tall cacaucasion guy with glasses) told me that he would order some more for me and expedite it and it should be ready by that Monday5/6/24. Well I came back 5/7/24 waiting in the long line in drive thru for 15mins and got to the window and spoke to a black lady and as soon as I told her what I was picking up she immediately said " oh I'm CURRENTLY processing your RX now come back in 30 mins. So I came back about 4hours later to drive thru. At the window was a caucasian guy looking like he just got thru working on cars. Clothes wrinkle and baseball came on turn backwards. He told me they were out of my medicine so I was like the girl back there told me that she was working on it 4hrs ago and asked her to come to the window. She looked like a deer caught in headlights and tried to give me some lame lie saying she only put in an order to expedite it. Her lie to me was getting worse the more she tried to explain. She went and spoke the the head pharmacy about my complaint and the pharmacist just looked over at me then looked in the refrigerator and told the pharmacy tech something and went back to whatever she was doing. The pharmaceutical didn't bother to come and explain as to why my RX hasn't been getting filled so the black lady pharm tech told me, " um we don't have it and to check back on Friday. I was like CHECK BACK ON FRIDAY??! 3 MORE DAYS ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW.She never apologized or anything and I just drove off. I have heard about so many complaints regarding CVS staff and how they hardly have prescriptions ready as they were requested. WALGREENS here I come.CVS IS FULL OF BS!! Nobody who is dependent on the meds should have to keep having the same issues with the CVS pharmacy. Do Better!!

Literally only one standing in line here for 15 minutes to not even be acknowledged by at least 6 pharmacy employees. They all kept glancing at me and never once said "be right with you" or anything. They just kept talking among themselves about their private lives. My existence wasn't even acknowledged at all in any form until 2 other customers walked up behind me where we still all had to stand an additional 5 minutes before anyone approached the register. When one finally walked up to speak, there was no apology for the unexplained wait. The first thing said (with an attitude) was "last name"? I have had so many other unpleasant experiences with this pharmacy, seems it's getting worse each time! I'll be getting my meds filled elsewhere going forward! Worst pharmacy I've ever done business with!

Wow what an experience with the crew working tonight (03/12/24 @ 1830 hrs)... Attempted to pick up medications for my mother, which were called in early this morning. Was told insurance rejected it (for whatever reason). After work, I called her insurance and they verified everything was good, and further provided me prices for the medications that were called in. When running the card again, they said it rejected it once more... I then call the customer service for the insurance company as the young black lady with purple hair proceeded to walk away. When asked by another tech if she needed help, she says no and then once I'm on the phone with a customer service agent, they again verify everything with insurance should be good. The tech had walked away at this point and proceeded to fill medications. Another customer walked up and she begins to inquire what he needs. I then interrupt considering she knows I'm on the phone with customer service waiting on her. She then simply tells me the system is down (should've told me whenever she discovered this instead of ignoring me). For somebody who never leaves reviews, I am furious at the entire staff as they all knew there was an issue but nobody, to include the pharmacist would attempt to assist. The pharmacist was on her phone (Bluetooth ear piece) just ignoring the situation. Had to switch pharmacies because morally this is absolutely absurd and ridiculous that somebody, even a "team" of customer service employees act this way. I warn other customers to go elsewhere, unless you want to be ignored and feel like a burden by people who should be serving you the customer (doing their job). Hopefully many people read this review and take my advice.

"Pharmacy technicians" are rude and they discrimate! Horrible experience everything, delay medications when needed and customer service skills are horrible.
Lower than a 1 star! They act so high when they only work in the pharmacy. Horrible experience everything
