Worst CVS Pharmacy when it comes to unfriendly, rude, and obnoxious staff (especially Kimberly). Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

Don’t waste your time at this CVS. Go in at 2:45 and can’t even buy stuff off the shelf as so much locked up and if you want to wait around. Never go here if in any sort of hurry.

The lady at the drive-thru window was very rude and slammed the window on my father when he asked about his other medication. I even tried to ask her a question about his other medicine not being ready and she rolled her eyes, slammed the window and never came back. I will be switching our medications from this specific area, this was the last straw dealing with this.

Like many other reviewers have mentioned the pharmacy staff are very rude and inconsiderate. I do not recommend this location for your pharmacy needs.

The associate who waited on me was very friendly, and I found everything I needed. I was welcomed to the store when I walked in, and the store was very clean and easy to navigate.

The pharmacy never answers the phone. I’ve been on hold for almost an hour so many times and not a single person picks up the phone. Unless they pick up and hang up right after. Then you have to start the whole process over again, just to not get an answer. GO IN PERSON, SAVE YOUR TIME.

Absolutely ridiculous that nobody is EVER working the pharmacy drive thru. Some people cannot get out of their cars to come in and then they make it impossible to get your meds delivered.I understand being short staffed but on the few occasions I am able to get out and go inside, there are plenty of employees….they just have ZERO motivation.

They aren’t bad inside but alllllways understaffed and allllways have the drive through closed I even called to tell them I need my meds but what I had was contagious and they just apologized today there was only 2 ppl and that’s awful for me as a customer and them as workers

This pharmacy is terrible ! Everyone is slow, drive through is always backed up, if and when it's open. The worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

If there was a negative rating, that would be my choice. My doctor sent a prescription to this location. He waited in line for 30 minutes to pick it up and was informed that it was at another location, 30 minutes away. He went to that location.. they had no record of the prescription. I called the Heckle location and was placed on hold. He proceeded to drive back to the Heckle location. After being on hold for 30 minutes, the call was disconnected on their end. In the meantime, my husband was there waiting ... again... after another 30 minutes, the prescription magically appears in their system and was actually ready the first time he went there! Worst customer service ever!

This is the nastiest store I have ever been in. The restroom has no toilet paper and has poop all over the seat and around and on the floor. Urine was 2 inches deep on the floor. Manager said Night Shift supposed to clean this bathroom. He also said, the floor is clean by corporate. He has nothing whatsoever to do with it. The manager did not seem concerned.
