CVS pharmacy has went to hell in a handbasket. I remember when all the commercials were circulating and CVS was the pharmacy of all pharmacies. I think everyone in my family used them, but that CVS is no more. From the long lines inside and out to pick up a prescription, never having what you need in stock, and the pharmacy staff that clearly doesn't enjoy their job. I transferred all my prescriptions to Walgreens which also provides my medicine at a cheaper cost.

Today was the first time that I have went into CVS Pharmacy on Cherry Rd, Rock Hill, SC. for over the counter medication. I was impressed that they have their shelves labeled for what is cover for insurance and Flex Spending . The other ones that I have visited do not have them labeled so it’s hit and miss if I get it right. Great experience from greeting, clean store, easy to find what I was looking for and the friendly cashier who also helped at check out. I’ll be visiting more frequently now.

Just the worst customer experience imaginable. Turned in a prescription this morning for a pet with severe asthma. Couldn’t give me the prescription because the pets date of birth was not on it. Told me they would call the doctor and have it updated and call me when it’s ready. No call.
I call 5 hours later. First person on the phone has an attitude and hangs up, then the next person tells me they never called the doctor, asked for my information yet again, and now say they are calling the doctor.
Some people desperately depend on their medicine/ prescriptions and this is how you all conduct business? Pathetic

I'm currently on birth control and this CVS took 4 days to tell me that my medication was out of stock when I needed it in 5 days. This is the longest that they've done this, the other time I only had to wait 2 days for my medication but I had to call another CVS and I was able to get my medication transferred there instead.

Honestly we have had so many rude experiences from the people that work at this pharmacy. I understand there are a lot of sick people, you may be under staffed etc. Etc. However that is not an excuse to just be rude. Literally every visit I have with this pharmacy someone is just plain rude. The techs and the pharmacist, just all rude and act like nothing can bother them. Also, another note to complain, you will get a notification your medicine is ready, and it won't be. You'll get there and they will tell you to wait 15 min. Or they will tell you it will be ready in 15 min. And then when you come back it still isn't ready.There is a really nice pharmacy accross the street next to Earthfare called Carolina Pharmacy. I have always had a pleasant experience with them, and with this last rude experience I've had yet again at this cvs, we are just going to go ahead and make the switch and support local and be treated with kindness or at least not met with an attitude for no reason.

Been waiting since 10/31 for a much needed med from this pharmacy which I put in order online on the 30th.Called today again to find out what was up ,why are my meds still delayed treatment interrupt. Them seemed to have them for another customer which they said didn't pick them up. Funny how they pick and choose who gets their meds. Surprise they decided to fill mine Nov 5th.They never offered me any options to continue my treatment, which should be done!

Half of the staff in the pharmacy were nice, half of the staff were rude. They were totally incompetent and frustrated when I gave them basic insurance information and told me I did something wrong. I spoke to my insurance and had no problems at all, they chose to be difficult.

We placed an order for an 1 hour canvas print in the morning and attempted to pick the photos up at 6pm. They printed 4 of the 5 but didn't have the supplies to print the 5th. There was no communication on that there was an issue for us to make other arrangements. When I arrived to pick them up, it was clear they didn't know what was going on and took some time to figure out where the order was.
