Katie car lady in Lancaster SC is your go to lady!! If you want a good reliable vehicle go to her!! She's awesome she helped my oldest son on a Saturday right before closing and by lunch time Tues my son had his truck no issues just all basic things. I would recommend her to anyone and we'll be back to purchase my husband a vehicle from her soon as well ??

I would give them no stars if i could. We just had a baby boy on March 25th and my wife wasnt able to work because she had a c-section and i only make enough to keep a roof over our heads, even though we begged them to work with us because she wasnt able to work the week before the c-section and wasnt able to work for 6 weeks after that they still came to pick up the car on the day that she was able to start going back to work. They are just out to steal your money and will sell you an overpriced piece of junk that barely runs. The 2014 Chevy Impala my wife had needed suspension work and there was a Check Engine light on that they had cleared right before they sold the car but i have an advanced scanner that told me how many times that light was turned off manually and they did it alot instead of fixing the problem so on top of having to put money into the car to keep it running they expected her to keep paying on the car when she was physically unable to work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU STRUGGLING MORE THAN BEFORE

Shakey business. Got weird vibes out the gate. Sales representative arent informatative at all. Very low customer service. You wont feel welcome at all, especially in the (rock hill) location. These people just want to sell you anything, they dont care about puttin you in something reliable or affordable. Pay attention if you plan on buying from this location. Filled out a application online & enter my SS# get to the location they couldn't find my application. Shakey business folks!

I had the best experience at Crown auto sale! Bart and Lisa were extremely nice and very helpful and they explained each step of the process so I wasn’t just in the dark. I would definitely recommend coming here I have been turned away by numerous companies but they made sure to assist me in every way and I was able to pull off the lot with a car that I loved! Thank you all so much for everything!!!
