I have never been to a place that wouldn't allow me to buy a phone before just because I wasn't the parent account. Every other Cricket retailer has allowed me to use my money to buy an upgrade on the parent account on my phone. The parent account is under my partner's name and for some reason they are requiring them to be in here in person even though I have all the information and the passwords and I can even confirm with them through video chat. Apparently not enough for Cricket to accept my money so I will never walk into the store again as long as I live

I had such a great experience with the Cricket staff after switching from my old carrier. The associate who helped me was Nicholas, and he was very informative and helpful, made me feel appreciated as a customer. The other staff members kept my toddler entertained while I went over my plan with Nicholas. Great staff, great prices, helpful and friendly atmosphere.

The lady who I spoke to on the phone needs to get her act together. You want us to stay with you guys, you definitely need to hire people who understand what customer service is, especially when someone calls to ask a simple question.

I was sold the new Motorola (Don't get me wrong I know it's a cheap phone) completely went black after 2 months after I bought it. I was told there no Warrenty or any way of getting help. I've been with cricket for over 2 years, I've never had a problem. The women women who "helped" me, was rude. Didn't even stand up or try to assist me. I left cricket and now I am with Verizon.

My iPhone started turning on and off by itself. I decided to use my “upgrade”. I’ve been with cricket for over a year. The girl says I can get the same phone I had for free but not a different iphone, that’s not an upgrade. I had an iPhone SE because it was only $50 at the time I joined. At that point I didn’t care, just needed something that worked. She scanned the phone and told me my total $254 and some change and kept telling me to push the green check mark on the pin pad. I told her I thought it was free with my “upgrade” she says “no, Apple be taxin.” How is it that I’ve been a customer for over a year and cannot get a new phone but new customers and get a newer iPhone for $150 or less?? I left and went to T Mobile. That’s ridiculous. Never will go back

My rating is not for the employees, they were sweet, but the business and rules. I went in to buy a SIM card since my son lost his phone. I wanted just the card so I could have his phone number (already with Cricket) activated on it for the phone I had; he was given my old phone. They would not sell me a SIM card unless I bought a phone or provided them with the phone I was planning on using it in. My phone is compatible which I explained. Their software legitimately rejected the sale of only the SIM card to me. They sent me to Walmart to buy a SIM card kit and I activated it myself from home. How can you as a company have a policy that prevents you selling your product directly to a customer? Crazy. I wasted 30 minutes of travel time to go to the store. Do not try to buy only a SIM card from here.
