As soon as I walked in that certain store, I felt unfriendly vibes coming from the woman 'n man behind the counter. They were so dry and not seemingly customer service friendly. Like they had just sucked on a Lemon. I Then asked, like a paying customer, something they most likely does when they're out shopping for things. What's the total price for activation fee, and my first month bill? I had my own phone. My phone wasn't locked, 'n I'm keeping my same number. I was quoted $25 activation fee, + $40 first month bill, =$70.00+tax, maybe $5-$6
I asked so, after taxes how much then? At first I received an..... it depends answer. That was questionable? Depends on what I asked? Who I am maybe?♀️So the woman said it would be $70+$20 in taxes. Total $90. I then said you charge $20 tax on $70? I did mention, I called 4 other Cricket Stores before I went there. They all told me it would be $70-$75 total. So because that Cricket Store was closer, I chose that 1. She then started to call off other stores saying, maybe you should go to those stores. And she even went as far as calling off Addresses?♀️ Just nasty!
I just wanna say, it just behooves me how people choose to work with the public knowing they may not like dealing with people, or a certain ethnic groups. Like I've stated.....
when they're out spending their money, I guarantee, they'd have a problem being treated like they treat customers. By the way, they was recommended to me by my Caucasian friend, someone that got the same service I wanted that didn't pay what was required for me to pay is why I went there???? On East Main St.

Never in my life have I ever been treated with such blatant disrespect from a store employee. The female working there was for awful. I bought a speaker that didn't even work. I went back to return it and was told there are no returns on accessories. She went as far as to cuss at me. I know nothing will be done about it but at least I can get word out at how horrible customer service is there.

Absolute trash customer service. Employees have no idea what they are doing. They will lie to you just so they don't have to do any work. The manager is lazy, would never do anything to help you even when he said he would.... This store doesn't even carry decent phones. Go to the Cherry Rd store and save yourself time and money.
