“You can always rest assured that you’re getting a good deal here. I walked in there with a mess of wires and circuit boards that was the innards of a project I was about to call it quits on. In a last ditch effort I called about a dozen repair places in search of someone to help me relocate some components on a printed circuit board. This place was the only shop that didn’t turn me down. Once everything was de-soldered, I thought “welp, this is going to be impossible for anyone to re-solder these near-microscopic components”. This guy did it successfully and tested everything before I left!

I am now the only person on the internet that has custom buttons on a Pi Sugar 3 Plus.”

“My first time here was when I brought my laptop in because it had been stuck on a download for months and would never fully install. The next day they called me and told me it was ready!! That was FAST and the cost was under $30!!! Today I brought my phone in with a cracked screen protector, he offered to change it for me and the cost was little to nothing!!!! I’ll definitely be bringing in more electronics!!!! These guys are polite, fast, and very reasonably priced!!!”

“Ordered an AC online which was delivered by FedEx Ground this morning. I stood and watched the FedEx Ground driver throw the AC off the back of his truck and drag it out of the driveway. Tried to call FedEx near impossible to get a live person so gave up going that route. I took the AC to our local Bestbuy and they did not question anything. They processed the return/exchange and were extremely apologetic about the matter. Overall everyone I dealt with had great customer service regarding the matter that was not their fault nor from their store.”
