ZERO I give this company a ZERO ! Service is always out . Only had service 4 days the storm hit , so I cancelled my service . They are CHARGING me 97.94 for 4 DAYS of service. I called and was on hold for 9min only to told WE DONT DO PRO RATE SERVICE. So you will NOT get a refund. I had to move because of storm damage so I didn’t need the service PLUS it was AWAYS OUT. So 97.94 for 4 days of service. RUN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are money hungry CROOKS .!!!!!!!!!!

Phillip came out to our house and expertly installed a new LAN outlet in my upstairs loft. He was respectful, attentive and very accommodating to my young boys who wanted to inspect his equipment. Thank you Phillip and the Comporium team.

Can NOT pay bill on automated phone service or online via website. Customer service says there is an issue with payment center accepting payments at the moment, but we can process your bill payment for $5.00. REALLY? Your FREE payment options don't work and I must pay for the inconvenience. SHAME ON THIS MONEY HUNGRY SCAMMING MONOPOLY. Forcing residents and companies to use ONLY them since other Service Providers are restricted from business in Rock Hill, SC

Your company used my debit card to troubleshoot your phone payment system without my consent. My debit card is NOT a tool to diagnose bugs in your payment software. WARNING ⚠️ THIS COMPANY WILL LIE TO YOU & WONT ALLOW YOU TO FILE A COMPLAINT DIRECTLY WITH CORPORATE. STAFF WILL NOT ADDRESS COMPLAINTS BUT INSTEAD TRIED JUSTIFYING THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST MY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I’ve been with Comporium for a few years now, and from a standpoint of Service quality I will rate it as semi-consistent. Keeping the service above, the water has been a challenge and I do think Comporium for the times where they’ve been flexible but I would caution serving clients that are struggling, but yet still attempt to make payments. Those are the ones that you need to continue to serve, and for that relationship, I would not recommend Comporium

The absolute most pathetic, greedy, poorly run company I've ever had this misfortune of being FORCED to do business with because of their MONOPOLY. Every year they get more expensive and their services continue to be beyond sub standard. Unfortunately the good citizens of York County are taken advantage of year after year and pay their hard earned money to a company that has no respect for it's customers or community or they would actually provide a functioning internet service like every other city gets the benefit of having.

I just moved to the area from Charlotte and ended up with the worst internet service I have ever experienced even though I pay $120 a month for their top tier service. I come from a rural small town in Southwest VA where even Spectrum could provide decent service, so how does a city like Rock Hill have this poor of a service provider that seems to have a monopoly in the area? We purchased our own modem/router and satellite wifi extender high quality Netgear Orbi because their provided equipment is terrible/cheap and we were always having issues. Unfortunately the services still deserve 0 stars. I requested to schedule a technician to come out and the customer service rep threatened me with a charge....for what, at this point I need a refund for 6 months of horrendous internet and security system services. Do yourself a favor and run from this company as fast as possible. I am currently searching for other options and contacting other providers to urge them to come to the area so I can actually be able to work from home which is the new norm that Comporium obviously can't keep up with. I never had a problem like this with AT&T...Comporium is a joke!

I have had my internet in rubbish for 2 months, I have spoken to customer service and they say they are fixing the lines or the wiring, I started by paying 50 dollars and now they have raised me to 70 dollars, you pay so much for such a mediocre service.

I've had them for 3 years and service for the most part is ok. Prices are too high unless you get a bundle deal and even then, the pricing is for a limited time. Customer service is why I am now dropping them. It's terrible. About every 4-5 months I stop receiving my paperless bills which has caused a late payments now and again and they refuse to refund the late charge. I also ask why I never receive the text messages I signed up for as well and of course there is no answer other than check your phone or check your email because it's not their problem. I canceled their overpriced TV and a month later I received a bill for 3x what it was suppose to be for just internet. I called and was told it's the way their billing works so pay the $227 and then I'll have a $157 credit. Seriously? Who does that? How about you bill people for what you're suppose to. Because of that, I decided to cancel my internet as well and switch to Tmobile home for 1/2 the price :) I went from having all of their services and dwindled down to 0 because of their customer service or lack there of.
