The internet is unreliable and it’s the ONLY internet option available in RockHill… this really sucks. They should really spend some money to upgrade the infrastructure with fiber and updated lines.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Horrible wifi and the most expensive I've ever had to pay. If there were any other providers available where I live I would be elated. They should be paying me to use their internet service.

Comporium is the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with! I strongly dislike I had to move back to their area of service! Unfortunately they are the only company that provides internet services in the Rock Hill area that I know of. I left Spectrum in Greenville SC AND I LOVED IT!!!!! Comporium is EXPENSIVE & the internet frequently disconnects for NO REASON!!!!! Middle of work it disconnects, middle of virtual school learning disconnects and while watching television it disconnects!!!!! I wouldn’t dare get their cable services I’ll watch Netflix and Sling all day before I pay for more sh***y services!!!

Comporium does well to provide reasonably priced, fast, WiFi and they are super friendly! They have a pretty established presence in Rock Hill and have been branching into more modern technologies like gigabit internet and IoT devices

Comporium Charges two dollars for me to receive a paper bill in the mail. They added this charge without notifying me. This seems illegal, unethical, and is ridiculous.
