415 Cherry Rd, Rock Hill“I absolutely loved this store. My mom and aunt used to go there on a regular basis, and i can definitely see why...i spent $100 the first time I shopped there. it's a beautiful store the cashier woman knows the products very well....as I did feel a Lil tension from her like she was rushing me, when I got to the register and didn't have enough money and would have to put something back it aggravated her... I come back 2 days later to get my bible (MY 1ST BIBLE THAT I WENT AND PICKED OUT AND HAD MY NAME ENGRAVED ON IT) So I was super excited to come pick.it up.and I love the engraving it's very beautiful and professional...the male owner Is very nice he's so quiet and collective he would be the only reason I would shop there again, but who the hell, excuse my language can tll omeone to turn there phone off shhhing me.i did not appreciate it and thank god no other customers were around to see me get embarrassed....but i done learned how to be an adult n alway be nice to ur customers......the woman like I said Is sweet and Sassy...lol but to feel like ur being rushed out of the store when there are 30 Mins before they closed. And telling me to shhh is just very rude and unprofessional”
“I was very anxious to donate blood as it was my first time, and I could not have possibly had a better experience. The staff was very friendly and I am so thankful for Antoinette who made me feel so comfortable and kept me relaxed throughout my time there. I will be returning to this location!”
“Decent YMCA with nice weights, but the facilities are limited. There is no pool, sauna, and steam room. The previous review stating this is incorrect. There are Individual showers, which are nice compared to other Y's.”
“Commradery and dedication to ensuring our troops are not forgotten. Giving them and their families a warm environment to enjoy billiards, drinks, fundraising, volunteer work for the community and post and daily activities. With a made from scratch kitchen.”
“This gym is special..it’s not as big and not as new..but that’s what I like about it. Gives off that old school vibe. It’s perfect the way it is!! The Bench presses and dumbbells are awesome and I love the cardio section!! It’s a great gym and it’s quite and amazing to really lock in and get your workout in! In my opinion this gym doesn’t need any change at all.. it is PERFECT.”
“Awesome gym! Can be a bit too crowded around peek hours..but hey it’s the gym..weight room is awesome with very helpful staff!! And there very welcoming people. I’ve never had a problem with that gym. The new weight room equipment could be better… like the bench presses are kinda funky but it works? 10/10 experience”
“I volunteer weekly s as bd enjoy meeting the ladies that are putting their life back together and using the free resources here to make it happen . The shelter is clean and safe s as bd I am grateful for all they are able to provide for our community in crisis?”

504 Oakland Ave, Rock Hill“They were very nice. Not very well organized. If you are going here get there about 7am. Disabled or not you have to stand at the door. Nobody tells anyone where to go and they do not look at cars parked. Being the first time I came to this one and nobody was looking out for us to tell us where to pull or anything... Very disorganized. Just super sweet and helpful”
“This place is absolutely incredible and it's truly a blessing how above and beyond they go to help you. Anyone who rates this place less than 5 stars is selfish. Truly good people here. So thankful for all the help and I'll never forget it ?”

236 W Main St, Rock Hill“Friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful service to our community! Dropped our food donations here and saw what a well kept and organized place this was, as well as very nice accomodations for those down on their luck. Definitely plan on continuing supporting this great service!”
“Honestly I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews here. I absolutely love this place, the ladies working here are always very kind to me and I find so many antiques and cool items for a good price. I always prefer shopping here to goodwill due to the fact that tender hearts prices their items like a thrift store should, instead of how greedy goodwill has become. I definitely recommend you give this place a try before reading the bad reviews and marking it off of your thrift store list!!”

151 S Oakland Ave, Rock Hill“I would like to thank Tim Conley, Regional Director Of OperationsUpper Palmetto YMCA for reaching out to me regarding this situation. He not only apologized for me being turned away, but also granted us usage of our Community Y. Tim has restored my belief in what the YMCA's goals and mission are: to serve and help the community in which they operate. Thank you, Tim!”
“Fair warning, this place is busy like you wouldn't believe. I've found a lot of extremely good deals here but it's not perfect. I purchased a paper shredder from this location before and it was worthless junk that did not work. I assume they test their products but maybe not. They do give store credit so keep your receipt. Otherwise, when you can be there at drops, there is usually some awesome stuff.”
“I saw on the local news yesterday that they are in need of donations to feed surrounding families. I was more than happy to donate, any amount of money helps. York county and some surrounding counties have a higher than the national average of people who have food insecurity thanks to inflation. No one in this country should ever go hungry. God bless this food pantry, I hope they get the help they need to feed people.”
