I'm posting this on behalf of my son who purchased a vehicle from Cherry Auto not even a month ago. He saved his money and was so excited to get his first vehicle. I didn't want him to because the dealership doesn't offer a warranty; but my son was adamant about it.The customer service was great, the lady and man was very kind. Even though they close at 6pm they both gave him time to get there after work. We test drove the vehicle for a few minutes and it seemed ok. Again it had too many miles and I constantly asked my son was he sure.The night of him driving, I noticed we were having to change the gears because it wasn't staying in place. It was like the car was working as a stick and not an automatic, though it is an automatic.Three weeks in now the car doesn't go into reverse. We check the transmission oil...guess what? Not one drop of transmission oil! We purchase 5 quarts to fill it up; the car is still stuck and will not reverse.My son has not had his car a month and already we have to get the transmission rebuilt. The shop quoted us 2700.00 to rebuild, parts and labor.This is so sad. Plus my son made two payments already as well towards the balance on the car note.You know, we live and we learn. Something has to give though; dealerships should be made to give a least a 30 day warranty.Now my son, after working and saving his money has to save his money again to fix his car and still make payments towards the car to the dealership.If there is anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle, please be sure to know what you're getting into when you purchase a vehicle without a warranty. Trust me it's heartbreaking to see my son having to learn this the hard way.

My husband purchased a truck about a week and 1/2 ago, and he's drove it 3 days and already had to have stabilizer bar fixed, radiator was empty and now it won't start... It's either the fuel pump or Distributor cap tied down with a zip tie. When trying to call, the lady always says he's not there.. HOW CONVENIENT! Do NOT get a Vehicle from them!

Worse customer service experience ever. They treat their customers horribly. They dont know how to communicate, VERY disrespectful. Not to mention they are CON ARTIST. Dont let them take your money. They will get over on you!!

One of the best experiences I’ve had with dealerships. I’m here to tell you that Allstate isn’t the only place your in good hands. Cherry Autosales was my safe haven when I needed a car. They’re very invested in you. Will put you in what you as well as what you need. They’re are known for Hondas as much as the Honda dealership haha. But I’m truth they have a diverse collection of great cars. My aunt as well as my cousin and I have bought cars from them over the years. They are the one of those places that keeps on giving. I bought my 2nd car from them in a time when I was need for one due to my Taurus being lemon. The were patient and honest. I haven’t had any problems out of my Cat since I got it. Not to mention I’ve put on on 60,000 miles on my 1st car from them in the past two years.

I love the tundra that I bought at cherry auto sales but within a day, the ignition selonid went bad on it costing 200 dollars to replace. He got back to me and said that he did not know of the problem and apologized.
