Took my uncle in there today at 10:40am to open a account to start collecting his social security and they didn’t have time to open it. Told me to make a appointment a few days from now. The bank manager was in the room by himself laughing on the phone. They just don’t seem to concerned about customer service at this branch.

Went today with appointment waited 15 minutes even though people were available!Supposed to be a premier client yet treated with indifference from bank manager. Issues not resolved or solutions supplied.Will be looking for another bank that appreciates loyal customers.Been with Chase many years, so sad you can't call an employee on the phone anymore, and when you go there are treated poorly, and made to wait.

I went into this branch today to pay off my CC. It took 10 minutes or more for the teller to find my account. I really had to go pee and given it was taking her so long, I asked where the bathroom was. She informed me they don’t have a public restroom but I could use the Starbucks restroom next door.1st - I’ve never been to a bank that doesn’t have a restroom for their clients.2nd - what establishment tells their paying customers to go next door to use the restroom of an establishment they are not spending money at.Starbucks needs to know that Chase bank is sending all their paying clients to their place of business to use the restroom.

I have had the worst experience at this branch. Avoid this branch at all costs. I went into this branch on 2 occasions to make corrections to my accounts. The first time that I went in Colten did a poor job of assisting me. I contacted Chase and that is when the customer service representative informed me of this. The rep told me that when I go in to specifically speak to the branch manager. Recently, I went to the branch in an effort to get things done correctly. I asked to speak with the branch manager and was informed that the manager was not there. When I explained my problem, the person stated that he would have the assistant manager help me. Instead the assistant manager told a financial advisor named Austin, to assist and pretend that he was the manager. When Austin assisted (pretending to be the branch manager), he also incorrectly assisted me. I called Chase customer service and they informed me that Austin incorrectly assisted me. The fact that the assistant manager was not willing to assist me and instead told Austin to pretend to be the branch manager is a major concern. I will never return to this branch and think that this branch should be closed down permanently. This actually has me wondering what other fraudulent things this branch is doing. Please avoid this branch at all costs.

I absolutely love this place , the environment is so modern and upscale!! The staff is friendly and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Razan G Here at the Rock Hill Location she is extremely knowledgeable and fast ! She answered all of my questions and she went over an beyond my needs. If I could give more stars ⭐️ for her services I would because it’s well deserved. I will be sure to continue my services with Chase Bank . Thank you

I want to thank Rene Mejia, assistant branch manager, he is a precious human being that God bless him and give him more, he contacted me because he was concerned, apologizing on behalf of the bank for an incident I had with another employee, Jaime has a huge and beautiful heart and treated me with the Hispanic warmth that characterizes us, God bless you Jaime and I wish you all the best always to you and your loved ones!

Best, most efficient and friendliest banking experiences to date.The customer service was exceptional and all employees were extremely friendly. My banking needs were met and all my questions were answered, as the bankers were very knowledgeable and experienced in their fields. The branch was clean and sanitary. I will most certainly frequent this branch for all my future banking needs. The bankers and manager were outstanding!

The building at 1705 Ebenezer Road in Rock Hill, SC, (formerly a drug store) does not exist any longer but is still identified by Chase as an ATM branch. The branch is now located in a new building that is not the one pictured currently on the website.
