I've been coming here for years! They have serviced my phones, computers, watches, etc. Their customer service is incredible! They are fast, efficient, straight shooters & reasonably priced. Locally owned & operated with multiple locations.

My girlfriend went to fix her back screen and they gave the phone back with way more problems such as green dot appearance the front screens glue is coming off, the batteries now dies at 50%, the cameras aren’t focusing, and the volume button doesn’t work. We went in to claim everything and they said they’ll give us a call back they never did. Also the screen they put in on the back was extremely cheap

Took my a iPhone 11 here to get screen replacement. Thinking it’s $100 cheaper than filing my insurance for a new phone. Everything was great when we left, the phone was working properly. Next morning the phone was back blacked out. I immediately contacted the store and spoke with Larry who didn’t really have no empathy or concern being that it had been less than 24 hours. He told me you can bring it up here but it’s damaged so it be a new repair. I found it odd he diagnosed it without asking any questions. I drove to the store where it took him 10 minutes to come from the back and said they wouldn’t have given it back to me if it wasn’t repaired. I felt like I was being accused of damaging my own phone. Again, this is without him even checking the phone out. His lack of concern and help made me feel like I was bamboozled and scam. I told him this makes me feel like I’ve been ripped off. The prior agent who took my repair order was a younger gentleman & very helpful. I wished he was there the next day to assist with this. Larry handed me a sheet of paper to fill out and stated the mansion would contact me the following day. I received NO CALL BACK. This is just my experience. However if you take your items here just understand that if things go left they have no type of accountability. They take your coins and don’t care what happens after that payment is processed.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of a local cellphone repair store, and I must say I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member who quickly assessed the issue with my phone.The store was able to provide me with a loaner phone while mine was being repaired, which was a huge relief as I depend on my phone for work and personal use. This was a level of customer service that exceeded my expectations and made the repair process much less stressful.I was particularly impressed with Johnathan, who handled my repair with the utmost professionalism and skill. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and effectively, and he kept me updated throughout the process.It was also refreshing to know that the store is locally owned, as supporting small businesses in our community is important to me. The store's commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction I had with them.Overall, I would highly recommend this cellphone repair store to anyone in need of phone repairs. Their commitment to customer service, communication, and professionalism is truly exceptional.

Great service and, the most important, Jonathan knows all models and brands. I brought a very exclusive phone and he was the only able to repair it, and by a fair price as he didn't need any special parts to do it.

A company is only as good as it's employees. Jonathan is a perfect example of a great employee who offered professional and courteous customer service. He was able to transfer all my data and saved documents from a badly damaged cell phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company because of their outstanding employees.

So I went inside to purchase a phone and smartwatch, was told I had to wait until the manager arrived to purchase anything? Then someone walked in shortly after me, and was able to purchase something.. Very strange and I felt discriminated against. Unfortunately, they won't be getting my business. Why open of your only allowing certain people to purchase anything? My first visit was my last visit.

Great experience! They were respectful, professional, and accommodating. The tech helped me immediately and despite being busy, prioritized my phone and replaced my screen in half an hour at most, highly recommended if you want to get your phone repaired fast.

Very quick and helpful service! They were transparent about costs upfront as well, which was nice.Edit: my phone’s microphone was damaged when my phone was fixed and now I can no longer be heard on phone calls

Family member of mine came to get a phone fixed . Upon completion of the repair phone was not fully fixed and still had issues . After acknowledging this we refused payment and left . A couple hours later police come knocking on door saying a repair was made and we took the phone and left quickly. Went back to the store with officer and had a discussion with store employees trying to find a resolution in this conversation both employees made consistent false contradicting statements clearly saw by me and the officer , they were both very disrespectful and rude as the officer had to deescalate the situation multiple times . After about 40 minutes of arguing and no resolution of the situation the officer just suggested I pay and contact corporate to try to fix the situation after. So I was the bigger person and payed even after the employee was trying to refuse my payment with the officer present. If you are looking for good customer service or a good experience I would say this is the last place you should go.

I spent 4 hours trying to fix my email problem on my iPhone. Finally was at wits end. Took my phone to the fine people at Cellular Source in Rock Hill and in 5 minutes they had it working correctly. These people know what they are doing.Thanks a lot for the help.
