Supposed “dealership” that sells lemons. Sold me a car with “no issues” that actually had a bad transmission , bad breaks, issues on the dash, and more. They should be ashamed of selling this trash to innocent people.

This place is a SCAM. Traded in my car a month ago and the loan company keeps calling stating the car hasn’t been paid off yet. Sean told my husband it would be paid off in 10 business days. When my husband calls Sean asking when they will Pay it off, he sends him to voicemail. He texted him multiple times about it and won’t give an answer. Just sarcastic answers. We had to pay for a car we don’t even posses anymore to avoid hurting ourselves. This man is a crook and a thief. My husband called multiple times and eventually got blocked. He doesn’t care to ruin someone else’s credit or life and can’t even be a decent man and try to give an answer as to why the car loan hasn’t been paid off yet. Now we’re stuck paying for 2 cars until he decides to pay it off. Good thing we have all his signatures agreeing To pay off the car. Also forgot to mention the car was in the shop 10 days after purchasing it.

I saw a nice looking 2011 Ford F150 5.0L 4x4 Crew Cab Platinum for sale on Car Fax site from Carolina Auto Brothers. I contacted them and received an immediate response from Sean that it was still available so I set up a time to come and check it out. Sean was very accommodating and honest with answering my questions of his knowledge of information about the truck. After asking to checking it out he handed me the keys to go through it and both my wife and I eventually took it for a test drive after I spent some time poking around, through and under it. This particular model truck had some known and published issues one of which was still existing. Sean was honest and upfront about it when I asked him. I knew it was nothing I couldn't fix myself or get someone to fix to get it up to my standards for its age, mileage and usage reasonably. Interior was in great condition for usage, mileage and age. Exterior was in good condition. It had typical issues I'm used to and that are associated with were it was owned and operated. I'm familiar with the harsh environmental conditions it came from since I originally lived in Baltimore, Maryland and the Mid Atlantic region which can be harsh and corrosive, and I know the original dealership in Chantilly, VA. Price was reasonable and I'm content on a good deal and a nice newer truck. It may be 12 years old now in 2023 but its six years newer and with a lot more bells and whistles than the truck I bought brand new in 2005 which is a Ford XLT 5.4L SuperCab 4X4 in 2005 that is still in great condition 18 Years later.Carolina Auto brothers isn't a big fancy shiny new Auto dealership with aggressive or pushy salesmen but, instead a place I found to have people honest and providing you space to make your own decision on making a decision to purchase a used vehicle without pressure and willing to work with you.Many thanks to Sean and the team at Carolina Auto Brothers.

Man look, I don’t care what nobody say. After what happened today I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody. Sean and Steven are great people and are willing to help you get a car. I’m on my second car that I purchased from them and the both of them have been very helpful and I’m very happy that I went back to Carolina Auto Brothers.

Guess these people were wolves in sheep's clothing. Sold me a car that started giving me trouble not even a month after I bought it! Apparently it has a transmission issue and of course no one is trying to say or do anything to help or make the situation right although I've reached out multiple times haven't heard back! If it's a problem of theirs they don't want anything to do with you! I should have known when they sent me home in a vehicle with NO AC in the high heat of Summer!! Do NOT I repeat DO NOT buy from here!!!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Worst purchase I have ever had!!! And I have purchased several vehicles over the years. I would never do to anybody how they did. Ever! Talk about a supposed dealership who sells lemons!!! I do not write reviews often, feel very strongly about leaving a review/warning regarding Carolina Auto Brothers, and have been meaning to do this for a while). Brought my son here (who now knows the true definition of a lemon!) who fell in love with a silver Infinity g35 that had a bit over 100k miles on it for $7,000... CASH purchase (bought in February this year so have only had this car 4 months, and nothing but problems!!!). We were told the clutch system was just replaced but not two weeks later the car had to go to the shop. They sold this vehicle to us with no oil in it, the "clutch replacement" they did on it they later told me over the phone that consisted of them buying a couple parts off of Amazon and putting them in the car (but didn't do 4 major parts with that which should have been done at the same time!!!)... There was also an issue with the control arm and some other things. This vehicle has been in and out of the shop since we bought it. We have had to put over $4,000 in repairs with this vehicle and have had to have it towed three times so far!!!When I called the dealership to speak with them after the clutch issue because that was a $2,000 fix in itself, which I told them thinking/hoping they'd make some kind (any kind) of gesture to help show that they even care a tiny bit about what they sell and about their customers. These people care about nothing except for taking your money. They lie and tell you this and that has been fixed or replaced when really the bare minimum part has been put in there by an amateur just to get it to drive off the lot. I am no mechanic but I know for a fact I would have been able to fix that car better than they did. Save your money and your time and troubles and go elsewhere to purchase a car. Go anywhere except for here!!!!! Never ever again and if I could I would put up signs everywhere warning everybody about this place. Talk about robbery. That is just wrong and very bad business.

I’ve bought 3 cars from them so far and only because I have a car addiction. All my cars are in great running order and only needing regular maintenance due to being a used car. Cant expect a new car with no maintenance in a used car. I will continue to buy my cars from here as a new itch comes along. Great guys and will work and get you a great deal. Very fast, funny and informative. Come check them out for your used cars needs.

I finance a 2012 Nissan Altima almost a month ago and my car drives like a champ.I drive back and forth from Rockhill to Columbia almost everyday and I still haven’t had any problems.
