If there was a negative rating, that would be my choice. My doctor sent a prescription to this location. He waited in line for 30 minutes to pick it up and was informed that it was at another location, 30 minutes away. He went to that location.. they had no record of the prescription. I called the Heckle location and was placed on hold. He proceeded to drive back to the Heckle location. After being on hold for 30 minutes, the call was disconnected on their end. In the meantime, my husband was there waiting ... again... after another 30 minutes, the prescription magically appears in their system and was actually ready the first time he went there! Worst customer service ever!

This is the nastiest store I have ever been in. The restroom has no toilet paper and has poop all over the seat and around and on the floor. Urine was 2 inches deep on the floor. Manager said Night Shift supposed to clean this bathroom. He also said, the floor is clean by corporate. He has nothing whatsoever to do with it. The manager did not seem concerned.

The reviews are true. The people working the pharmacy are miserable. I thought my first experience of this here was a fluke but no, they are miserable and don't care to filter it. I don't appreciate being talked down to just because you don't enjoy what you're doing. Work behind closed doors.

I am visiting from Florida and left one of my medications at home. Thank goodness they were kind and were able to contact my doctor to get it filled fir me. The day before Thanksgiving. Everyone was very kind to me.

I've been going to this CVS for almost 3 years now and today I had literally the worst experience ever I had not only one but two of the CVS pharmacy associates give me absolute HORRIBLE attitude but one of them SLAMMED the window in my face at the window drive-thru. This is RIDICULOUS. Either going to switch to delivery or going to Walgreens. So disappointed, where did the sweet girls that had amazing customer service go? This cvs is DESPICABLE now.

I had 6 prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy on January 6th from my doctor in Anderson,SC.I sat in his office while he had it sent and he laughed about "Heckle". The prescriptions were written for a year. When I called to get them refilled, I was put on hold for 19 minutes to absolutely loud and deplorable music and ad after ad. I finally hung up. I went to another store and they tried to get all of my prescriptions sent over and were told they were expired and could not send them. That was a lie. Now they have to wait till Monday to call my doctor to get the same sent to another store. We are new to Rock Hill and this is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with anywhere. I read in Wall Street where they are in danger of going under and it won't happen soon enough. When you treat customers this way, you should just close your doors.

I've lived in 6 cities and gone to CVS in all of them. This is the worst experience. The woman with the lion tattooed on her neck is a disgrace of a pharmacy staff member. She told me it would take an hour to call another CVS location to transfer a RX. When I challenged her that it could be completed in 10 minutes if I called she got very upset and it MAGICALLY got done. Why do I have to ask for faster service? I don't have an hour for you to do your job. Let me ice this cake of a story by saying that I was told the day before that the RX was already filled. Pitiful

Don't bother coming here. They are always short staffed, credit card machines are down and they never answer the phones. BUT they will call you to tell you your prescription is ready but when you go there, the prescription magically disappears and they say they never called you or have a record of it. Also, the first couple of times I came to this location, they happened to lose my insurance information and made me wait an additional 30 minutes while they entered it. They also damaged my card and I had to order a new one. Everyone's attitude here is not worth dealing with. For your mental sanity, go a minute down the road to the other pharmacy.
