I was having problems with my New Midland GXT 1000. I called Buy Two Way Radios, because I saw a few Youtube videos about this company giving tutorials and decided to call them..I cant say enough about John in Tech support. He was patient with me and walked me through what I needed to do to get my problem solved. Thank you John for all your help.

Highly recommend. The customer service is great and products are excellent. Glad to have a great resource nearby that I can drive to when I need a special cable or adapter since I live in Rock Hill, SC. I purchase all my portable ham radio and GMRS gear from them.

attempted to get some customer support for my TYT MD UV380. Taylor answered the phone. She was terse and not the least interested in trying to get me help. She was very sure, without asking anyone, that nobody there could possibly help me with my question. Great job, Taylor. Fortunately on our second call we got around her and talked to a supervisor who was very familiar with this problem and solved it immediately. Thank you, Anthony. Note - these folks are great to work with, if you don't get Taylor.
