The worst dealership I've ever worked with. can't speak for the sales department but the service department is god awful.I've taken my truck there two times and each time has been more frustrating than the previous trip.This recent issue. I had a check engine light come on. so I drive the truck immediately in on Tuesday after making an appointment online for Wednesday morning.it is now Friday and they can't even tell me what the issue is with the truck. every time I call I'm told that the tech will look at it and have an answer shortly....is that not what My ******* appointment was for? you can't even read a code to determine an issue after having a vehicle for 4 days???Avoid this service department at all costs and find another dealer, even if it's out of the way!

Came in for a oil change and the manager attempted to upsell me with 4 repairs that I didn't need totaling 500 dollars. For a cabin air filter, they said it would be 65 dollars when online one cost between 10-20 dollars. Needless to say they have lost my business just after my first time being there. Everyone please be careful and just say no.

The best car-buying experience I've ever had. I've had the pleasure of working with Rodney J. Rodney went above and beyond with his customer service, understanding, and general knowledge of automobiles. He was friendly and trustworthy. I purchased a 2019 Ram truck, and despite the fact that it is not a GM product, Rodney was very knowledgeable about any vehicle on the lot that I had questions about. I've also had the chance to work with Rob, the Sales Manager. Rob is also fantastic. He is relentless in working out the numbers until you are satisfied with your purchase. He is not pushy, but he is very informative in order to help you find something comfortable and wise for your future. Overall, the dealer experience was excellent. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family, but go see Rodney if you have the opportunity, he's a great salesman to work with.

bought my third and last car from Burns buy here pay here. had to bring car back 3 times before I even had it a week. staff was extremely cordial when I was buying a car for twice it's blue book value, but when I started holding them accountable for the mechanical issues customer service went out the window and I was treated like I was a bother to them for demanding them to stand behind a product they were selling. they sub's work to Pepboys, which was another disappointment to which I will leave a scathing review for them as well. long story short, never an apology from Burns about the issues they caused me or any attemp to make any condolences of any kind for my time and money that I had to spend.

I wouldn't buy a car from here. They will let you drive it for two weeks and then call and say you weren't approved... all though you left the lot in the car with the bill of sale. Then when they come get the car they take someone else's car that's not even theirs just saying yes they did that

They misdiagnosed my car, charged me for the part then tried to charge me again to fix the actual problem. I came in with an engine light on. Almost $1000 in parts and labor....engine light still on.

We have had nothing but frustration every time we take our car in for service. Every other dealership can get you a problem diagnostic within an hour or two. Burns never communicates on a time frame except to promise a call by the end of the day- which never happens. Then they extend the service by dats ( even with an appointment). We dont have this problem with any of our other car brands. Have had to pick our car up not serviced on several occasions and take it elsewhere. I guess we just need to be done with Burns bc this issue of dragging their feet has NOT improved with time!

Wish I could give this negative reviews. Completely dishonest dealership. Quoted me (3 times) one number on a new vehicle, then ran my credit, then decided to change the vehicle by over $5,000. Eli Nguyen, David Parker, and Mon Nguyen - horrible experience. Honestly, the Burns family should be embarrassed.

Bought my second vehicle from this dealership yesterday, and it went very smoothly. Jess Johnson was a good listener, and found me a vehicle (Equinox LT) that fit my needs and got me a good price and decent trade value and we were fist-bumping in no time. I am very pleased with this dealership and don't mind coming from Charlotte to let them service my vehicles.

Too bad I couldn't leave negative stars for this dealership. I dropped my car off with these folks and went back the next day to pick it up and they said everything was fixed and ready to go. I got in my car and the brakes went all the way to the floor and barely stopped the vehicle. Then somehow magically the master cylinder needed to be replaced. Now you think that they would've known that after doing work on my brakes. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! So do yourself a favor folks and stay away from Burns Chevrolet!

juan bravo is the best sales rep ever (please see him asap, you won't be disappointed) !!! he and his teammates not only gave my husband and me excellent customer service, but they also delivered quickly and efficiently. we felt apart of the burns family, which means a lot to us. i'm still smiling and enjoying my tahoe!!! its nicccceeeeeeeee.. i mean so nice!!! thank you all, for the best experience ever!!!!!!

Very disappointing for the amount of years that you guys have been in business that I could walk around your entire lot and it takes me getting back in my car and about to leave before someone even come up to me and talk to me and they stood there and watched me get out of my vehicle and walk around Never offered me any help will not be returning

Bait and switch!!!!Called to go and see a truck their website said they had and talked to the salesman and he also said they had it in but when I got there it was convenient that it just sold before I got there ( in a half hr) then I asked to see new Colorado trucks in my range and was told they didn't have any, so they showed me a 2018 used truck and I decided to get it but I checked their website and they have new trucks in my price range What they did was a bait and switch on me DO NOT TRUST BURNS OR THEIR EMPLOYEES!!!!!I have put a complaint in with the BBB I even called them on Saturday and was told they would call me back that day and guess what it's Monday and still no call!!!!!
