We are SO glad we came to this location instead of the Burns ford of York! We were told by a salesperson at the York location that they will pick up this truck for us to test drive and then later the next day they called us saying this truck was being processed to be sold and that it was being sold! We called up to the Rock Hill location (which is where the truck was at) to see if it was indeed sold, and Don Beam (an awesome guy who goes above and beyond for his customers!) Told us there was someone interested and was trying to get pre-approved, to call back in 30 mins. And so he called us back telling us to come on, it's still available! We couldn't be more happier with our guy who handled everything, shout out to Tony!! Everything went so smoothly with paperwork and we honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone we came in contact with there! Multiple people helped us tremendously, and for that we are extremely thankful! God was truly working in this place! These hardworking people are a blessing! ❤️ Thank y'all!! COME HERE FOR YOUR NEXT VEHICLE!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I worked with India and she went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with a nice, reliable, and reasonably priced vehicle! Juan also assisted with obtaining auto insurance and made sure my ride was good to go! You also get a freshie with purchase of a vehicle! Everyone was so kind and friendly. I won't buy anywhere else!

George Billett is a great person to deal with. He made my car buying experience relaxed and fun instead of tense. This is my dealership of choice. I've been buying cars & using their service department for over 5 years and I haven't had a bad experience. The entire team was great. Justice was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about the car as well as George. They called the next day to see If I had any questions. The manager stopped to say hello & shake my hand. I will continue to deal with Burns for Sales as well as Service in the future and refer friends and family there as well.

My wife and I have been looking for a Chevrolet Traverse to accommodate our growing family. We found one at this dealership and we gave it a shot. There were a couple of things we needed to see fixed before spending $28,000.00. One was a horrible smoke smell as if someone had smoked in the car with the windows up. There were dents in the back of the car. These issues were brought up to KT and David Parker and they told us they were going to fix those issues before the car was sold. This was on a Saturday mind you, and KT told my wife and I that the “dent guy” comes out on Wednesdays to fix these dents. (Keep that in mind) Now, I bank with a credit union who is not open on the weekends, so being that we went on a Saturday to look at the vehicle, I waited until Monday, and started the approval process. By Wednesday, I had final approval. At this point, I’d already called/texted/emailed KT numerous times asking if the dent had been fixed, and if the smell had been taken care of, as we have two young children, who CAN NOT ride in a car smelling the way it did. He told me neither had been taken care of. At this point, I’ve got the funding from the bank, but I’m not going to pay that kind of money for a car that hasn’t been fixed yet, especially when we were told these issues would be resolved before the vehicle was sold. On Thursday, KT informs me the dent has been removed, and sends a photo (eh, it was still there) but the deodorizing had not been completed. So, I told him about my funding, and said I’ll need that done prior to officially signing documents on my end. Again, you said these issues would be fixed. So, he tells me it will “for sure be done tomorrow.” On Friday, I decided I would go ahead and cover the vehicle under my insurance policy, in hopes that KT would take care of the issue. I was told “the car is around back”. This to me meant that it was being done. I said “OK, great. I am leaving work and heading to my bank to grab the check, I’ll be there between 6:15 and 6:30 to pick up the car. I leave work, I go to the bank, and I sign my documents. The bank employee has just sat down with my check to take to Burns, and KT calls me. “Hey man, wanted to let you know, the Traverse has been sold.” So, I told him to put me on the phone with David Parker, who is the general sales manager. David answers, and I tell him I’ve got the check and insurance on the vehicle, heading your way, why am I being told that the Traverse is sold? He says to me “you wanted to fool around all week and not commit, so this is what happens when you don’t commit” and “I’ve seen this a million times, this ain’t my first rodeo”. Meanwhile, the notary public at the bank has my check in his hand. KT and David are both untrustworthy, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to spend their money with them. David especially. That guy is a worm.

The sales manager and finance representative were also delightful to deal with. I will definitely recommend Burns Chevrolet and KT to anyone purchasing a new vehicle.

Michael Glenn was very helpful, I came in later in the day( 2 hours before closing) and he was able to get my truck in and aligned. I’d also like to add that this is my first time getting an alignment and it be done correctly the first time, cuddos to the tech. This was overall a great dealer service experience.

This is THE BEST AUTO BUYING EXPERIENCE in 52 years...honestly!! George Jr., Sales Associate, as we drove up, took care of everything so expertly, in such a timely manner and with superior customer service. Helped us immediately to purchase the perfect van for us. Rob, the Sales Manager approved the perfect deal. Jason, Finance Manager, did a great job walking us through the paperwork. We drove 2 hours just to do business with this dealership due to their pricing...but we will never go anywhere else to get another vehicle.

Buying a car is always dicey. This was my first experience buying a high mileage car. Although I asked multiple times about the warranty, I was told by JD that he didn't know the price of the warranty. He quoted us the monthly payment including the warranty, but never answered my question about the separate price of the warranty. It was not listed on the form we signed for the warranty and was only listed on the Buyer Agreement as a Service Warranty that was not highlighted by the Finance guy we signed paperwork with. Beware if you're also new to the high mileage car buying experience. An extended warranty is about $1,500 per year. Although JD said he didn't know the price when asked, the finance guy straight out quoted it to me as a standard rate. We were not given the option to choose how many years we wanted, or to research other warranty options. I wasn't as diligent as I should've been because I wasn't spending my money. Lesson learned. The only option we were given when this was called out was to cancel the warranty altogether, which would've just left us vulnerable to high cost repairs on a high mileage car. Since buying the car, it's been impossible to get a definitive answer regarding the tag/title registration, despite it being over 30 days. This isn't my primary vehicle so I defintely dropped the ball on my end, but Burns was darn sure willing to take advantage of my weaknesses. Julian was perfectly pleasant to work with. JD did the heavy lifting on the typical car salesman dirty work. Burns probably isn't the worst out there, but I've defintely had much better and more honest experiences. Back to my initial point...buying a car is always a dicey proposition. If you choose to work with Burns, mind your Ps and Qs. IJSUpdate 7/24: I called and left a voicemail for the owner same day he responded. Have yet to get a call back and still don't have a definitive answer about the title and tag registration after multiple calls and about 6 weeks after purchase. Next stop - BBB.

Greg in services did an amazing job taking care of us. His team preformed a digital alignment and had us all checked out in no time at a fair cost. We certainly recommend everyone there highly. ??
