10/10 would recommend! I chose Burns Auto Body & Paint from a list of body shops approved through Allstate Insurance. Initially the choice was a "crapshoot" and really, I was just hoping for the best. However, it turned out to be THE BEST service experiences I've had in a very, very long time. The level of competency, professionalism, positive attitude and communication was so above bar it truly blew me away. I felt so well taken care of and valued as a customer. Other auto body shop businesses (ex. Hendrick, Gerber & Caliber shops) should take note: go "old school" and emulate Burns approach. Treat your customers honestly, be up front, be accessible for any questions or concerns they may have and keep your word! Will be referring/recommending Burns Auto Body & Paint.Burns had my beloved 2020 Audi A7 towed there following an unfortunate sideswipe, which also impacted my front end. From start to finish (and beyond), Burns provided first-rate service and great attention to detail. The Alan and Burns team kept me informed as repairs were underway, including updates on arriving parts, completion timeline, etc. When my car was ready for pickup, everything operated flawlessly, and looked as squeaky-clean as the day I bought it.
