A good store plenty of bargains to b found here. You never know what you'll find here. I don't go just to buy one particular item I go to see what I can find and how cheap it is. Great customer service here and pretty well organized. Plenty of parking too.

Whole my experience at Big Lots is usually pretty good this time it was horrible. Ruined by an incompetent cashier(she had no name tag on but was wearing a long sleeve grey shirt) she rang her items up wrong(didn't show the discount) and then forgot to ring up one of my items (the biggest thing and it was right in front of her) then she got an attitude with me about the item.
Very unprofessional.

This store is gross it's dirty and there was trash lying on the floor. Asiles looked like they had not been straighten in months. There was stock on carts in the main aisles not put away. Shame on you Big Lots I use to be a manager in another state. We never let our stores look like a version of Kmart even through the pandemic!

Messy, always disorganized, and 97.99% of the time, if you ask the staff where ANY specific item is or if they even sell a specific product, they look at you as if they're clueless, and confused. Then respond with " IF we do have/salel any I'd be somewhere over there while pointing their finger around.
