The two associates I delt with had no idea what they were doing even said that he didn't, the manager ryan was also not helpful and very rude he only was worried about how they were closing soon and told me that.

Service was fast, but you had time to browse. The sales person was very knowledge. I was looking for a TV and had questions concerning smart tv and their apps that where answered.Bestbuy provided Military Discounts with ID.The tv was delivered and set up with the all the apps needed to eliminate cable.Thank you,

Came in to buy a new tv.Chrome, crone how ever you spell the big guys name. Very rude, wasn’t helpful. Will go to another store to make my purchase and never return to this one.

my father spent $1200 here on a new TV and the services to get it put in our house and the geek squad has canceled on us twice. He has contacted the managers at Best Buy directly to the store. He purchased the TV and the service is from and they told him multiple times they don’t know, along with the geek squad, saying the same thing this is very unprofessional and very embarrassing .

The people working at this location don't seem to be the experts that I get when going to River gate (Steele Creek) or Blakeney. Also the selection is more limited or the store is not as well sectioned off. I'll go here if it's convenient and if I check the app first to see if they have what I want. Funny thing, my wife and I had the same guy come check in us 4 times as if it were the first time he saw us, yet we were one of only a few customers in the store. Lastly, I don't see this done at other stores, they have carts with blue crates of merch to restock out on the floor yet no one actively working on it at the moment. Saw that in multiple places on the same visit. Oh well.

I went to order pick up today and the service was wonderful and everyone was helpful and working together as a team. I love this Best Buy location.

Order a Christmas present for my nephew never came tried to contact company and keep getting run around will be call bank and better business on them do not buy from them they won’t help you

Super friendly people. If the staff can maintain good customer service all the way through the holiday season that's a great sign of your store's culture.
