Best Buy in general has to be one of the most evil companies out there. They say they charge $49.99 for data recovery, but then it turns out to be anywhere between $250 and $1600! Absolutely insane! Glad I read other reviews. I called ahead to confirm if this was true, and they did confirm the range of cost for data recovery. It's a complete bait and switch. Absolutely horrifying business practice. Will never come to Best Buy for anything ever again, even if desperate.

Ordered an AC online which was delivered by FedEx Ground this morning. I stood and watched the FedEx Ground driver throw the AC off the back of his truck and drag it out of the driveway. Tried to call FedEx near impossible to get a live person so gave up going that route. I took the AC to our local Bestbuy and they did not question anything. They processed the return/exchange and were extremely apologetic about the matter. Overall everyone I dealt with had great customer service regarding the matter that was not their fault nor from their store.

Johnny is fire! He advised me on the best iPhone tri pod and accessories. He then unboxed and showed me how to properly use. I’ve never had this good of service at any retail establishment! Thanks man!

Best Buy has this thing now where some of the items aren’t on the shelf, so you’re supposed to scan a qr code… so you scan the code, tell them you want to pick the item up, and it directs you to go stand in the back of the store while they get it for you…. Except they don’t and you stand there for 10 minutes while the employees ignore your existence. So then you walk next door to target and buy the same thing off the shelf and get good customer service….and this is how Best Buy goes out of business because you don’t go back.

Do not buy from Best Buy! My daughter purchased an Apple Watch and had it shipped to the location she works. Delivery was received and box was not tampered with. When she called the customer service to tell them her item was not in the box they had her ship it with return label inside box which they shipped directly back to her. She was then told to create a label and send back which she did at UPS. She was then told that her refund was denied because of missing items and told to file a report with law enforcement which she tried to do. They told her that they would not file a report on a box that was not tampered with. So long story short she is out $301.00 and the customer service is terrible.

Great products inside and clean store but the employees follow you around and come up to you every 30 seconds to ask if you need something. One time as soon as I walk in at the door is enough. Don’t need a follow up 5 more times

Came in to buy a pair of beats headphones. The only cashier was cleaning someone's phone and placing a protective cover on. Got tired of waiting and left. The store was dead, no reason someone else couldn't have came to the front to check out.
