Yes I called on Thursday Susie told me to come in and get some crash tape on my broken window and they will be able to get me in the next day Friday? so happy with the fast appt nd the exceptional service Susie and The owner was some pretty Lovely people. The replacement of my windshield was very easy with Beam. They dealt with the insurance company. Came to my house and had the job done well and fast. The staff were all very friendly and professional. It was like dealing with good friends.

I randomly met owner at Rock Hill small business lunch meeting. Casual conversation about our businesses reminded me of my cracked windshield. We exchanged business cards, he said Susie (office mngr) would contact me for my VIN info and get me a quote. Within a few hours Suzie contacted me. I provided my VIN, had a quote that day and scheduled remote windshield replaced that week. Day of replacement rain was forecasted, but they didn’t miss a beat, picked up my truck, took to their place and replaced as scheduled. Owner even dropped off my vehicle as a courtesy. It’s great knowing good people and businesses still exist. I highly recommend this business…thank you BEAM Auto Glass!

Took a huge rock hit and needed a new windshield. My dealer recommended Beam and there were awesome! Susie answered every phone call, gave me her cell and handled all the scheduling. She followed up and gave me first class service ! Technicians showed up on time, when they said they would and were done in a hour. I am extremely pleased with their work and service !

I called several places getting quotes on repairing windshields for my company vehicles. This company insisted that I had to drive to them to get the discount that they offered. I ended up finding a company that was $60 cheaper per vehicle, and would come to my business to replace the windshields.I did forget to call this company back to cancel my appointment, which was totally my fault but Susan decided to call my business no less than 5 times and when my employee told her we got them repaired with another company she told him, “well thanks for letting me know. I hope you have a bad day” and hung the phone up on him. I guess their customer service only goes up to the point where they’re trying to get your business.Do not be rude to my employees Susan.

My back window was busted and they fixed it right up. Employees were very nice. The window was fixed perfectly, no scratches or issues with the glass. In addition to that they got the job done relatively quick. And also the price was very reasonable and the best deal in the rock hill area!

Go thru these guys over somewhere that your insurance company recommends like Safelite.These guys did a great job. The lady on the phone was SUPER polite and professional. She answered all my questions and explained everything to expect in detail.The guy who came out did a wonderful job and over a month later I really can't tell anything was ever replaced.
