Scheduled a building being moved from one residence to another weeks ago. Followed up the Friday before the move to confirm that Monday the building would be moved. Called 10 times that Monday asking when the delivery will take place and was told the delivery driver was on his way. Finally at 4:00 I called and wanted to speak to the delivery driver himself to see what the holdup was. Was told he only works 7a-3p. I still had not heard from this guy, it’s 4:00 in the afternoon, he was off work. When I finally asked to speak to the owner bc I am frustrated at the lack of communication, conveniently the delivery driver shows up out of thin air and gets on the phone.........this lovely guy (sarcasm) who has zero remorse for my time and others being wasted and had no idea when he could move this building as “one person had quit and another didn’t show up for work, and I can’t move the building by myself” (his words). All of that is fine BUT CALL AND TELL ME!!!!! Now I’ve waited weeks on them and am being pushed to the end of someone else’s line to get this building moved. I haven’t heard from anyone from this company on when or if they can move my building. I haven’t heard from this company on how sorry they are or how they could make this right. The whole situation was unprofessional and unorganized.

I called to order a shed for my family. The owner answered all my questions and I was so pleased with how the shed turned out! The guys that came for the install were very professional!

Very poorly build sheds... even though R us was an as is purchase the doors started leaking within two years. The roof did not come out far enough so the water runs off the roof and hits the top of the door frame that juts out those causing the rain water to leak in behind the doors into the shed. Of course this was not caught by our attention until a lot of damage was already done. I was wondering by the doors stopped closing as easily and now I'm realizing it was because the leak was happening from the very beginning. Also their parts where the ceiling comes together in the middle that are not properly sealed so you can fill the shingles. Honestly for the money that we spent on it I would've thought we would get away better building but it honestly is poorly crafted. In the future when we buy another shed to replace this one we will go with another company. We will not be referring anyone to this company.
