This location 9 out of 10 times only has one teller working. Most of the people that come to the bank are on their lunch break or are trying to make deposits for work. You can never be in there less than 20 minutes every time. You really need to get more employees at this branch. It's VERY time consuming and I have heard countless people waiting in line angry about this issue every time I come in. The tellers that are there are run ragged and it's not right.

We had an excellent experience. Booked an appointment online. When we arrived they were expecting us, zero wait time.Ms Bonnie helped us very effectively and professionally. She took all the time needed to create a new account for us and then to properly set up the app on the phone to manage it. Ms Bonnie is very charming and relatable, and has a contagious laugh which made the visit very pleasant and relaxed.She also followed up the next day with an email to verify everything was OK and provided contact in case we needed further help.Kudos to her and the branch team, great job.(Negative comments here in google had made us very guarded, but, our visit was a complete success, nothing bad, all the contrary).Thanks ??

Please help me to understand the hours here! They don't open until 10 am and close at 4, seriously! They really don't want my business at all. I have been with them for 25 years. I have had it, and can't take it anymore with this bank! I'm done. The worst customer service ever!

Worst banking experience ever with this Heckle/Herlong location. Told the teller to tell me how long the hold would be on the significantly large check. The teller however ran and processed my check without my approval and knowledge. This after she asked me did I want to deposit the check in the ATM. I later found out that the lady I think her name was "Marcela"... was an assistant mgr and she messed up my check. I had her return my check to me after asking the bank manager Yanet to assist with resolving this issue. She was of no help. Neither were apologetic about the situation and would not help further. This started my nightmare. Its been over 2 weeks and I still do not have my funds. The check has been hosed in the system with trying to retrieve the funds. I have since went to the better BOA location on Springsteen street and got much better support and assistance. Elisabeth the asst. mgr and Kayla the teller apologized for the issue and confusion. They made calls and also followed back up with us. We also asked the Heckle/Herlong location for the number to corporate for further assistance since they would not help and Marcela nor Yanet would give us this information. Instead they gave us the number of some other person who they told us resolves situations. That also was useless. We are writing this review to complain about that location which we will never go back to as well as get in touch with corporate about this. WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS BRANCH CAUSED WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR APOLOGY. BEWARE OF THE HERLONG LOCATION

Very frustrated that I come to the bank for assistance, I get told it’s too busy (even though I have the time to wait), get sent to another branch after expressing my needs. The other branch doesn’t get a heads up I’m coming or about my situation so I just have to waste my gas to travel to the other branch (lovely staff there at least). Like I understand staffing is an issue everywhere but at least bridge the communication gap so you’re not setting up another branch for failure and now giving me a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely room for improvement.

The one time I need you, you are now closing at 4pm. I am definitely withdrawing my money and going elsewhere. Been with y'all for many years. I had to call main Bank of America and they said it was a shame y'all closing like this on a Friday and everyday at 4pm. Just pitiful. I will take my business to a smaller bank where someone can help me when I need it.

Singular teller ignoring a long line of people to talk with a coworker. Over 20 minutes waiting for them to be done talking without so much as an apology for the wait.

Amazing Customer Service. I don't know about financial stuff before i was a Customer of Bank of America, but the staff taught me and helped me every time I visited. Very professional and super active service. Thankful for this staff.

We stood in line nearly 30 minutes to cash some bonds in. They had 9 people total in the bank, only one at the teller window. People were lined back to the entrance. At one point there were 6 people behind the window, still one teller. Poor customer service. I'm changing banks after 24 years with them.

If you like to stand in lines every time you go to the bank for over 20 minutes this is you bank. You use them and leave the quick ones to me. ?Not when I am withdrawing $80,000. Been there tried that.

Caused so many delays and wasted time. I'm sure there are good people working here with better communication, but I got stuck with someone who could be more proactive.

When I visited this branch there was only one taller lady and a line of 5-6 customers but the taller was good and the line was moving quickly. Moreover, branch manager, very nice lady, noticed the line and immidiately interviiened starting assisting people in the line. To sum up, I had extreamly positive experience with this BOA branch Today.

Not sure about other people's experiences here bc I've had nothing but awsome people help me out. Amber is amazing and is so helpful. David helped me with my mortgage and was awsome to work with. Thank you guys!
