I've gotten several prescriptions where the instructions have been very confusing. Someone can potentially hurt or kill themselves. I was prescribed Premarin cream to use twice a week. That's all the instructions say. It doesn't say use a gram, 2 grams or how much. Do I fill the entire applicator up, or partially? So many instructions missing! Premarin is a hormonal drug and an exact dosage os pretty important. Photos will reflect instructions (use as directed twice weekly) but no indication on how much to fill in the applicator. There was another occasion I picked up antibiotics and happened to count them while in the car and was missing several pills. When I went back in, the pharmacy staff said "oh, we could only do a partial fill. You'll have to come back later for thr rest." Nobody left a note on the bag or prescription anywhere? How was I supposed to know it's a partial fill? Count your pills and check your prescriptions when you pick them up.

I haven't really had any negative/bad issues. I only did 5 stars, because with it being a pharmacy, it should really be open on weekends, atleast Saturday would be nice. I do find it better to call in vs refilling my prescriptions online. Everytime I've called in, it's been someone different and they've all been extremely helpful and have them ready that same day!

This pharmacy is full of it. 90 percent of the time when I’m picking up there’s an issue. I spoke to the pharmacy manager Hunter and he explains that it’s miscommunication and mistakes on staff. Train your staff please and yes I’m angry.

WORST PLACE EVER RUDE AND LIARS. I called at 8:13 am drove all the way from my home in Fort Mill SC because the lady said give us an hour to fill the ear drops. I waited until 9:30 to come to give an extra 30 minutes walk in to pick up nope said it’s not ready give us another 15-20 minutes what is the point of calling in a head of time to make sure it is ready when it said it would be? I was here Friday get you with a serious inner and outer ear infection they closed the gates at 4:55 and wouldn’t let me get my prescription on Friday so I hav waited all the way until today because they said they couldn’t fill it Friday or send it out because they had already closed at 4:55 this place has went way downhill in the past year

It's unbelievable how inept this staff is in doing their job. I have my specialty medication being delivered to my home, and they call me every month to fill, so I fiqured that I can have Avita fill and deliver my other medication. Boy, I was wrong. I called Avita to see if they had my other meds that I had sent from my local pharmacy, and they said they did but I didn't have any refills, so I called my local pharmacy to make sure I did have refills, and they confirmed that i did, so I called Avita back they immediately said they have the prescription with the refills. I told them to fill it. I went to pick up my meds the next day, and of course, the meds were not in the system to be filled. No apology no nothing just it's going to take 25 35 minutes. I then sent my other meds back to my local pharmacy, I told Avita this much. Of course, there was no call this month to fill my specialty meds. So not only are they inept in doing their job, they're spiteful and vindictive. If you are looking for a pharmacy run for the hills and keep looking.

Totally incompetent. That's about the best description I can give for this pharmacy. They consistently fail to get my medications out on time and I am often left without meds for several days while they get their act together. I've gone over this with them multiple times but they can't seem to get it right. Next week I will contact my insurance and have the prescription transferred to my home pharmacy where they know what they're doing. If you have a choice between Avita and anyone else, go with the other. Even if they're terrible it will be better than this.

I love Avita Pharmacy! Orchid at the Rock Hill, Affinity location is absolutely wonderful. Always joyful and provides excellent customer service. She is my favorite. She is always willing to be as helpful as possible with a huge smile on her face. She always goes a step further than asked to help me. I adore her. More people in customer service should be as wonderful as Orchid. Thank you Avita Pharmacy for the great service on my medication needs. You are appreciated ?
