“Hello, Mr David is a miracle worker. My riding mower was smashed by the limb of a pine tree due to the windstorm. The steering wheel was broken and everything was sort of smashed down. Mr. David said he would not take the mower if he did not think he could fix it. And he did!! I am so grateful I found him. He has some tricks in his bag. Give him a call. He is a honest man. And you don’t find many people that are today.”

“I'm impressed. I do most of the work on my cars but occasionally I run into something that stumps me. I recently had an intermittent code on my Ford Expedition that was pointing to an exhaust leak or faulty oxygen sensor. I took it to my usual garage who proposed replacing the oxygen sensor for $$$. Given that I had replaced the O2 sensor 15k miles ago, I wasn't convinced that this was the problem. I took the Expy to Mac's per a friend's recommendation and they looked it over. Mark called me and explained that the Expy's computer did not have the latest software and that based on tech notes in the system that he subscribes to, he thought we should start there first. He didn't charge me for his diagnostic. This is exactly what you want in a mechanic. You don't want someone who replaces parts at your expense. You want someone who will shoot you straight and who is willing to think through a proper diagnosis and maybe even give you a path of steps from cheap to expensive and likely to improbable. Kudos to Mark and team!”

At first, I simply asked the master Vadim to perform computer and mechanical diagnostics on the Audi Q7, Lexus RX450h and Infinity QX60. Really! Called on a recommendation from someone who also owns an Audi Q7……
Satisfied with his approach to work, knowledge and efficiency. Before that, I had an unpleasant experience repairing cars four times in some shops in Stallings... what's more, "our" brothers are Slavs )))) who from the very first word openly hint that they are expensive and every minute costs money... Although they don't do anything sensible, they only pretend that they are experts. As a result of this experience, I made the decision that it is better to go to Big Dog 46 miles away, but to be served well, quickly, and without unnecessary pathos. Both the shop owner and the repairman treat you not as a wallet with money, but as a person who needs help with his car. And this, in my opinion, is very important. Just picked up my Audi Q7 today after replacing the alternator which had locked up.
Replaced quickly and inexpensively. 3.5 hours.
In general, I am satisfied with their service and attitude towards me as a customer and towards the car. I recommend!”
