I had the pleasure of visiting this place for a ( TB Test) for employment. I read the reviews and they varied but my experience was great. The staff was professional and friendly and provided good customer service. It was fast less than (5) minutes and what I realize, if you treat people with dignity and respect, you get better atmosphere. Let’s remember to treat professional staff with kindness and compassion and stop projecting. Thanks

I am never the one to complain or leave bad reviews, but this has been a nightmare dealing with arc point labs in rock hill. The lab techs have been as helpful as they can, but from what I understand- they are under new ownership, and have switched accounts with their lab screening services- and I have waited over 2 weeks for my drug screening results and have called over and over again since I have heard nothing.. the new owner has failed to fix their IT/log in information for the lab screening service and has left many people/companies without drug screening results… which interferes with onboarding and being PAID. Called 3x this week but apparently the new owner is out of town and the lab techs aren’t able to resolve the issue themselves. Not gonna bash on the lab techs since it’s out of their hands, but where is this new owner involved in trying to fix this..?

Scheduled a rapid covid test for travel online. Made appointment and got confirmation of appointment, as well as link to fill out forms. I had used this service in November with no issues. When I arrived for the test I was told that they are under new management and no longer perform rapid covid testing. This should be remove from online scheduling if you do not offer it any more. This left me trying to scramble to find another place to get the test as I needed the results within 24 hours. Poor management and customer service to not update online scheduling with current offerings.

Brace yourself for awful treatment from Kylee Johnson!!!She clearly hates her job and possibly her life the way she was treating and talking to everyone!!!!Kaylee, hope you find joy and happiness in your life and work!!Corporate needs to look into this, someone might turn around a say or due something how she interacts with people!!

This place takes about a week to get pre-employment results back.The website says the results come back quickly - but having taken 2 pre-employment drug tests here... I know that not to be the case.I certainly didn't have a choice - or I wouldn't have come here a second time.Do your prospective employees a favor and choose another testing site.Or do one better and don't involve pee-collectors in your hiring process.

I was able to schedule an appointment for testing the same day it was needed. The staff explained the different tests available as well as the cost. They were very busy at this location, and they still took the time to explain. Very kind as well as professional. I received my test results much sooner than expected.

I stopped by for a quick pre-employment UDS. I was a walk-in which is welcomed per their advertisement. There were 4 people waiting when I got there. There was a sign in sheet at a reception desk. There were 2 cups for “dirty” and “clean” pens. The “clean” pens were empty and everyone was using the dirty ones. No one was wearing a mask. There was no receptionist to manage wait times. The carpet was in need of a serious cleaning. The other patrons were commenting on how long they had been there, some had appointments. No one was moving from the waiting room to the lab draw/testing areas. No one came to check on the sign in sheet. Four more people entered the tiny waiting room and I decided to leave.It was way to crowded and dirty to be waiting. I can’t attest to how friendly the staff was. I only know that in the 15 mins that I was there, no one recognized me or the other people who were waiting.Also, upon going to the front door, there is a sign posted requesting patrons to use the back entrance. It looked quite sketchy.I’m going some place else to have my testing done.

Had to get tested for a flight out of country on short notice, they worked my wife and I in and were swift, nice and very helpful.

This place is sketchy looking. Floors are nasty, every single soap dispenser was empty. Worst of all, the girl taking blood couldn’t find a vein and I have veins like garden hoses. She missed twice and I just left. I won’t be used as a dart board. I hate to be this critical, but I never got the feeling that customer service or experience was anywhere in their business plan. Looks like it’s barely held together to make a quick buck.

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I didn’t feel like I needed to. But since these guys sent me an automated review link to my email, I’ll go ahead and share my experience.The website was great, informative, and easy to use. I found the test I needed and scheduled an appointment via the website with ease. After that is when my trouble began.The email instructions I received told me to park around back and call when I arrived to let them know I was there. Upon calling the number, I sat through about a 2 minute ADVERTISEMENT for their services. Then I sat through another 2 minute recording telling me about this particular office. I was then directed to press 3 to speak to someone from the lab. So I hit 3 and and waited on hold for about a minute then I was sent to voicemail.I thought to myself: well I know they are there. I already have my appointment confirmation as well as my follow up email giving me the particulars. I even filled out the online documents that were required for my visit. SO, knowing all that I called back again. Listened to the advertisement and the speech and hit 3 and after about a minute of hold I was sent to voicemail again. So I reconfirmed I had the right number, called again, mr advertisement man talked again. I waited again. Voicemail. So I get out of my vehicle and I walk over to the door. And it looked like a ghost town inside. All lights off, door locked, and nothing.So I thought oh well this sucks but I guess it is what it is. And I was a little upset about all my wasted time. But not enough to give a bad review. But today im sitting here with my wife just hanging out - and I get an email from these jokers asking me to leave a google review about my experience. So here I am. Thank you and good day.

Not feeling well at work, so was set up with a Rapid Test at ARC Point Lab on Cherry Rd. Technician arrives to swab my nose, standing right next to my vehicle chatting with me, & taking the nasal swab with no mask. Seemed odd, like protect yourself.

Have had multiple tests for cross border travel and always polite staff with fast response. Great job Arc Point!!
