I got 2 pair of glasses here in 2023. It was a great deal. I just went back in to get the same pair repaired. Leslie Browne did a great job repairing them, and she didnt ask for a fee. I highly recommend this America's Best.

Rude and people don't know what they doing walking around like they lost gave them the benefit of doubt when first came for my mom to get glasses they were rude to one another not wanting to help each other got her prescription wrong but blame it on eye doctor smh...the rudeness and uncaring of their perception of not what to do is what gets me

Lillie and Jada were awesome. Had an issue with mislabeled frames(manufacturer issue) my new lens wouldn’t work with my frames. They jumped in, got me new frames to fit new lenses and got my old frames straight.. Store manager and other employees assisted and had me in and out with no problem .. Thank you!!

Jada Peay from the Rock Hill location #5311 was awesome. She helped me with my replacement glasses without any hassle. I was able to get a pair that was covered that I really like. Customer service was excellent. Thank you Jada for making my day.

This is my 2nd visit to this location. Everyone from the front door on threw was fabulous. Erin specifically was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the insurance rules and pricing. Very helpful and professional.

This locations staff is always friendly towards me and provides wonderful customer service. Erin was a big help with me today and I appreciated her help. She also remembers me from previous visits which was nice. The doctors are always nice and very helpful. They are friendly with their patients and informative. I definitely will continue to be a patient at this location.
