I bought a 2009 Nissan Altima Hybrid in May 2023 from Allen Autos for 3k cash. The car has been running fine ever since we got the car. Yes, the engine light is on and came on shortly after we got the car but it has been running just fine. Came here to write a review since it's been a solid year since we've had the car & I will definitely use his car lot again when I need another cash car.

I purchased a vehicle from him Feb 22. The car isn't even 60 days old and its already in shop with $5000 in damages. Transmission bad, electrical problems and all CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS RESET!. I called him and told him about it and he called me a liar about the price of car and don't include taxes plus the fact you charged me $54 to use credit card machine. I knew you were a crook then and you are a crook now. You must got someone in York County in your pockets because you and hundreds of people know already you sell junk cars then sell them more than they are worth. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing I have done people bad like you do. Your reputation alone will have you bust hell wide open. You will reap what you sow. I have filed a complaint with the right people. See you in court. Crooked tale self. I even remember asking him when car put in reverse why was it loud and he said "volkswagens" are loud. I am disappointed I let this con trick me. It won't happen again .

Within 25 miles or so driving it the transmission messed up. When the car was rained on, the rust dropped down the door handles,the rust above the tires, they painted and has already come off! He's very sweet until you purchase from him then he's a jackass. I also traded my 2014 Impala, 88,000 mies (him and his son wrote 85000) and gave me 2000 dollars for it ...slimy

This place is a joke my daughter payed 4,300 dollars for a car yesterday went back to pick it up today it up and she couldn't even drive it off the lot the owner refused to do a do anything about it my children work hard for there money please save your money don't buy here

Buyer beware my daughter bought a car from Allen's Auto sales on Cherry Rd she was driving a different car and ask could she pick the car up the next day when she went to pick it up the steering wheel was locked when she ask for the money back or could he do something about it he said no my daughter had to have a roll back pick the car up if you buy a car from here you may need a roll back these are very dishonest people

The over all customer care experience was great! I read the reviews before purchasing my Van, I’m really glad I didn’t judge from other’s experiences. When buying a used vehicle it’s bound to eventually have something go wrong. It’s the chance you take when purchasing a used car. The gentlemen I spoke with was beyond great and gave me the details to I feel the best of his knowledge! I test drove multiple cars and he was very patient and I didn’t feel pressured!

He's a rip off he sold my wife a bad van and told him that I'm disabled and said the car was perfect and a week later transmission went out alternator and all warnings lights lid up and when I asked him why this happened he said it's my problem now ..he doesn't care who you are He's a cheat and crook don't buy a car from here his cars are bad he sales lemons all day....don't be fooled buy his honesty and kindness He's a crook....gad will give you what you deserve Allen's crook auto

Car was listed for 1900 it had multiple issues that total in 600 dollars I offered 1600 and was still unable to purchase vehicle was unwilling to consider the fact that I would have to spend over 600 upon purchase of vehicle would not refer any on here

Very disappointed! 2 weeks ago purchased a car from there for $3900 (my daughter 1st car she worked hard and saved). Now I have transmission problems $2300 worth amongst other things. What goes around comes around, Allen. Smh. How do you sleep at night.

Well I just brought a car at Allen's Auto, and let me 1st say he is a very nice soft spoken man, his son as well, and they will smile with you, and no that I know what I know about this car I know it was "AT"me. I thought that this would have been a good situation, it was for him but not so much for me. He doesn't high pressure sales you, however he is not forthcoming either if you ask, he gets his mechanic on the phone, and swears it's a good thing, but nevertheless I got taken, I brought my own piece of junk, but it's mine now, what I know I can't do is hurt someone down the road so I will have to take the loss here, but what I do believe in is KARMA she always comes Thank you Mr Allen.
