if you are a new customer and value your time... not sure if you want to go here. i did not get a cut... but i called and had to choose which of the 3 ladies i would leave a message for. stupid me.... i went ahead and drove there hoping there'd be a waiting room.... it just did not look like there is one - nor was there a receptionist to guide you. this must be a good place - as they are probably booked with old clients but the operation.... not too sure if new clients are really "welcome" as their sign suggests

This is bar none the best haircut or whatever one may need in Rock Hill !! These ladies are true Master's of the art .... they do not rush you out of the chair for next appointment like the chains with young inexperienced persons will leaving your head a mess. A Cut Above is truly that. They are experienced enough to stay on schedule all the while makeing you comfortably weather thats engaging in intelligent conversation, or just letting you relax while being pampered . These aren't old ladies ready for retirement. Their up on the new styles and fads and will make sure you are looking your best when you leave....
