This store inconsistently checks IDs. They have an in store computer generated sign taped to register that states " No ID, EXPIRED ID, NO ALCOHOL, NO CIGARETTES, NO MEANS NO." However, Sunday I went to purchase cigarettes. A customer who was in front of me was purchasing 4 bottles of Coors Lite, chips and snacks. She smelled of alcohol, had two children with her, and showed NO ID, nor was she asked to show it. The clerk rang her up, and sent her on her way. I purchased 2 packs of cigarettes, and the clerk immediately asked for ID. My position is take down your hand made sign because it doesn't matter about ID. When I questioned the clerk, he took 50 cents off the cigarettes (which coincided with the coupon on the wrapper - he was not doing me a favor) but still needed my ID . This location is notorious for this. Location is 1312 Springsteen Rd, Rock Hill, SC. The manager was behind the counter at the time but was more concerned about her pizza paddle, than IDing customers properly. Thank you for your assistance.

7/11 is always a nice gas station to stop at when I need some gas. But it’s 8:30 AM and the doors were locked. There was a working looking directly at me thru the door just standing there. I don’t understand why the doors would still be locked at such a busy time in the morning? Of course I can still get my gas but what if I needed a drink? A snack? Doesn’t make sense to be to be honest ??♀️

The GM there is a huge problem for the store, he has personally been quick 0t0o label and discriminate against me, he doesn't properly take inventory and make 0orders because they are constantly out of everyday common items such as big big gulpcups, cigarettes, napkins and cheese pizza. Hee needs to go hes judgmental and rude0 and unqualified for for the position

The amount of trash and litter around the store's property is alarming. Trash in the flower beds, trash in the gutter, trash all around the parking lot. The manager should be fired.

The guy with the green beard was cooking. Didnt wash his hands, not hair net, or beard net. As soon as we saw this we decided hot food wasn't something we would be getting from 7-11. It is a shame because this is one of the nicest 7-11s I've been in. The lady that was working in the aisle was great though! Overall, I won't be returning due to the green beard guy.

Used to be clean and well-stocked. Over the past 6 months or so, noticed sharp decline in available products, the garbage is not emptied at the pumps, gas pump 11 barely works, and the washer fluid by the pumps is empty. Sad to see this decline. Fix these simple problems before it's out of control, PLEASE. We want you here!

Extremely rude staff, got yelled at for looking at the nutrition info for the chicken before buying, and had my receipt immediately crumpled and thrown out without asking. Just go to the circle k or qt, this location is ratchet.

I’ve never rated a gas station before. But I thought this one was bad enough that I thought it should be noted. The gas pump was extremely slow. I was shocked at how slow. Then there was no receipt tape. I only pumped two dollars and left. I didn’t bother to go in and see what it look like on the inside.

I used to go to this store often but they messed up and gave me the wrong product from behind the counter and they couldnt refund me the $50 for the wrong product. I was told id get a call back and the funds transferred back into my account(never got a call btw), that was after the person messed up 3 more times on the same thing. I never got my refund. I used to be a regular and now i will never be back. I hope this helps some people out.
