“My Dad passed away on April 2nd and my parents kept telling me about howmuch they were glad to have found out about Mr Nelson an his funeral parlor. I guess they still call them that. It's been many years since I have had to deal with so.ething that would mean going into one, but I must say that eve. Though I haven't meet very many that make their living this way. The only other Funeral Home that I've been into just to go an talk was with Mr John Pope at Pope's Funeral Home in Winnsboro. Mr John was a great person who I considered a friend even though there a lot of years between our ages. I spent a lot of time talking and listening to his advice about a lot of subjects, one being what was my plans for after High School. I hadn't really ever thought much about it but he asked me one day had I ever thought about going to school an learn how to work in the Funeral Home. I wasn't expecting him to ask me that but I must say that after hearing what all it takes to get someone ready for burial I just wasn't sure if I could do it. But like I said there has only been a very few people who I can say impressed me àbout that type of career. After Mr John passed away I hadn't thought about it anymore until I meet Mr Nelson. Between these two men I have to say that they both made sure that a family was not disappointed in the way their love one was taken care of. Mr Nelson made sure that my mother would never regret using him. I for one was totally impressed with him and the care he took to help our family get through the passing of my father. So , I pray that Noone will have to go through loosing someone , but if you should ever have a need for a mortician I would have to say that you would not regret talking with Mr Nelson. Take care, be safe and GOD BLESS EVERYONE AND GOD BLESS AMERICA ??”
