“One of the most clean and well stocked Food Lions located in Summerville. Walked around the store and was nearly greeted by every employee now that is customer service. Wish more places were like this.”
“Best grocery store in the Charleston area. They need to get milk with longer shelf life, though. Now that you can get gas there, it is all things to everyone. Although, I am very disappointed that they now charge you a fee to get cash back. That seems lame.”
“I mainly go there for my photos and I have had good experiences so far. I was told how to use the machine to develop my own photos from my cell phone. When I do that they're usually ready within the hour. I am now learning how to make my own various type greeting cards with my photos on their customer access store photo machine.”
“Visited on March 1 at 2 PM to pick up some gift items to send to a friend. I’ve always heard great things about their hotdogs so I picked up a couple and they were delicious. The young man behind the counter was super helpful and it made you feel all the love that you should feel from a small town pharmacy/business.”

The lid of a plastic container came off as my 6 year old was pulling it out the cart and the mixture of snacks spilled everywhere. She was very helpful with cleaning it and helping me check out. Her presence gave me comfort knowing she was there helping me. I have had a rough day and she made everything feel like it was going to be okay with just the few seconds of her helping.To Andrea, thank you so much for your help. “Staff is very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable about any medication questions or pharmaceutical items one may need. Half day Saturday Hours make it very convenient for customers to be able to pick up their prescriptions if unable during work week hours.”
“My mom shops here, I'm from out of town so I don't really shop here but I will whenever I'm visiting. I walked by and overheard a conversation between a customer and an employee, he was so nice to the older gentleman. I think his name was Jon wearing black sunglasses, he was bringing back the assisted shopping cart and offered to help the customer anytime he was there, very personable and sincere. He even said hello to me as I walked by which was really nice to be acknowledged. It inspired me to go inside and tell a manager, I hope he gets recognition for being such a good person.”

“I have been going to another local Walgreens for years but switched to this one recently due to a very disappointing experience with the pharmacy at the other one. I called this one for help and they immediately answered and got the ball rolling on getting a RX transferred temporarily from a third Walgreens in the upstate for the month. I stuck with this one when I made photo Christmas cards online too and they were ready within 30-45 minutes. We were greeted at the front door when we arrived, which was a change, most of the time I don't see anyone when I'm walking into the other store. There was also someone to help get the cards right away. I'll definitely continue to use this Walgreens from now on. It's also a lot easier to get in and out of.”
“This pharmacy is great! I've been coming here for years and my son gets several prescriptions a month. They are quick, kind and very helpful. If there's any issues they explain clearly what the problem is and help me fix it. Most of the time they recognize me or my son and are already grabbing our stuff lol. The store side is kind and helpful too.”

“Absolutely the best pharmacy in the Charleston/Summerville region hands down. I’ve used plenty of CVS around the area and have never had the experience I’ve had at the central avenue location. I grew up in a very small town in Tennessee and I feel like I’m using my local mom and pop pharmacy every time I walk back to the counter. I don’t even go to the drive through because I like seeing the smiling faces and hearing all of them saying hello to me each time I come in. I had a severe accident a little over a year ago and each time I come in they are concerned on how I’m doing and how the medication is working. I just want to say thank you to each and every one of you!”

“I have been using this pharmacy for years with no real issues. Employees are helpful to resolve problems. Any trouble with prescriptions seems to be with doctors and insurance, not CVS. I have nothing but good things to say about the Minute Clinic. It's open after 5:00, covers a wide range of services, is closer than my doctor, you can schedule and do pre-check in on your phone, be seen same day, have the cost run through your insurance, and there's barely any wait. I've been familiar with their COVID testing and vaccines, but on a whim I decided to see if they could help with an ear infection, which they did!”

“Every time I have been into the store it has been appropriately stocked, clean, staff says hello, and the pharmacy has great, knowledgeable staff. The Pharmacy staff is absolutely the best. They genuinely care about you and are happy to help make sure you get what you need. They've help me make sure I had the right coupons for meds and don't take anything that will cause me harm. (I unfortunately have a few allergies.)
They also love puppies via the drive thru, just an FYI.”

“This is a wonderful place to get compounded prescriptions filled. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful. They make you feel comfortable when asking questions, and never rush you. I've been getting scripts here for a long time, and I'll keep on going back. Even if insurance doesn't cover an item, they somehow manage to keep prices reasonable. I also appreciate how efficient they are regarding refills... they are always one step ahead of me, and I'm never late getting scripts.”
