Chrysler dealership diagnosed that I needed a valve cover gasket. When I hired Brandon to come out to do this work, he diagnosed that I did not need this repair and did not charge me. Rare, defined and honest mechanic. I would definitely recommend him.

Five stars! Highly recommend!My car started to wig out and the dashboard was blanking out. The A/C turned off too. All of this while I was driving on the H-1 Freeway. Fortunately, pulled up in my driveway and the car totally died. Like no nothing, no clicking when trying to restart. Total dead. Of course, it was frustrating and decided to contact the Reliable Mobile Mechanic. I sent a online request & the owner responded almost immediately. After communicating by text, the battery appeared to be the culprit.Within half an hour, the owner responded to my home, diagnosed the issue, & the battery replaced. Such a life-saver! The rate was very reasonable and I was more than pleased overall with the service!I did use Reliable Mobile Mechanic in the past with the same great service, workmanship, & great results too. Especially when I was stranded once again before.Again, I highly recommend Reliable Mobile Mechanic. Most excellent stuff!Mahalo nui loa!

Branden came out to check on the AC. we found the problem. After paying him for the diagnostic fee, he said he will find the parts and give me the repair quote. I texted and called him a few times after but never received a response. If the work is too hard, just say so. no shame.Now, I have to pay again to get someone else to check it out and do the work. People, don't use them. Go to a reliable and responsive mechanic. Don't waste your time.

Branden responded right away, and drove over same day. He took a look and immediately determined the problem wasn't as bad as we'd thought. He informed us the culprit was likely just a wrong part the previous owner had used, explaining exactly how we could easily do it on our own to save money, and that if it didn't work, he'd come back and work on it. When we offered to pay him something for his advice, he declined and just told us to keep him updated. Turns out, he was exactly right and that one little part was all we needed to change. He has earned all our future business and made us a forever customer. Honesty and integrity like this isn't super common these days. Branden is the real deal. Great mechanic and great guy. We recommend him wholeheartedly. Thank you Branden! See you soon for our engine tune up!

Reached out for a few quotes. Branden replied I explained what was going on he said the part was not on island which was not an issue for me, I needed it to be looked and and see if a temporary fix could be done till the part came in. When I asked if he was available it felt like I got a wise as replied back as he stated "I can't come out today if that is what your asking" I didn't expect services to be done today as it was Sunday and Easter at that some type of availability would be nice. And it just felt like putting teeth to do business with him. If you make me a person who is looking for and need services feel like you don't what my business then I won't give you business.

Thank you to Branden for rushing over and fitting us into his schedule! Our van broke down and he was able to fix it within a few hours. During an already stressful situation he really helped us out. Highly recommend!

My car overheated so I thought it might of been something wrong with the radiator. Branden was the only one responded and he came to check my car. After running it he noticed that it wasn't just the radiator it was more. He referred me to someone else because it was a bigger job then what I initially thought. I really appreciate all Branden help. I totally recommend him.

Just contacted the owner today because my car decided to stop working. I called him up and he sounded super busy at the time. In the one phone call he picked up on the stress, anxiety, and despair in my voice and though I know he's slammed said he's try to squeeze me in as soon as he can. He even offered words of sympathy, empathy, kindness and encouragement. He hasn't even looked at my car yet. We haven't had any business dealings yet but this is the kind of person who deserves all the business. This is the kind of person you tell everybody about cause you know he's not in it for just himself. He's the type that will do whatever to help you out. I already know I'm going to leave a stellar review once he is able to check out my car

Branden is super reliable and punctual, and is able to explain things in layman's terms - which I absolutely appreciate! Prices of goods and services are escalating like crazy, but replacing my front brakes was still affordable and I feel much safer for having done them. I scheduled the rear brakes for a month out from now, and it's good to know that I won't have to take any time off to do them or have to organize a ride!

Hands down one of the best and realest mechanics I know! Every issue with multiple cars fixed with no problems. Recently getting the company van brakes fixed and back to brand new instead of sounding like a T-Rex coming down the road. Branden was quick to respond and gave me his earliest day to come replace them with being around my schedule made it all less stressful thanks for the great service!

Branden worked on my 2004 Acura TSX replacement of the water pump, thermostat and radiator. His trouble shooting skills and installation abilities were second to none He also worked on my 2005 Toyota Camry XLE 3.0 V6 Changing out the water pump,timing belt, motor torque mount along with a list of things to long to put in this comment bottom line Branden was well equipped to handle the task at hand he gets three thumbs up for the installation and the outstanding customer service he provided during this whole process !!!!!

Without warning my husband's car battery died. We tried jumping from a neighbor's car, didn't work. Branden was able to come out the next morning, with a new battery, tested both battery and alternator. All we needed was new battery. He was very explanatory, showed us what he was doing and gave us tips on knowing when battery going bad, etc. Also there is a three year warranty with it. Back on the road in less than 24 hours. Awesome! Thank you, Branden!!
