For the most part, Sheffield Oil Company, Inc is Solely responsible for exercising its authority and flexing their power in determining whether I, the employee, Nathaniel Dexter Smoak, in this instance, is suitable to perform assignments as a Truck Driver hauling Gasoline, Diesel, and other lubricant products.Furthermore, after being employed at Sheffield Oil Company since January 1st, 2013; within less than 48 hours, on the day of April 16th, 2023, on a Sunday Morning, Sheffield Oil Company Fired me, the employee, Nathaniel Dexter Smoak {on my day off}, {Over the Phone}, Without Good Merit, Without Written Expression, Without suspension, without a Grace Period, Without Remorse After 10 years of Loyalty and Dedication to Sheffield Oil Company, Inc Organization. I did not receive any explanation nor reasoning on this sporadic decision by Mike Boyles.For the record, as of May 25, 2023, I have yet to hear from the Actual Owners, Marlon Sheffield, of Sheffield Oil Company on the nature of such discrepancy. For the most part, Mike Boyles simply said, and I quote, "He thought that it was just time for us to Part Ways", Sealing the deal on Sheffield Oil Company's behalf, instantaneously.Additionally, after I addressed the inequity that happened on Wednesday April 12th, 2023, between the three of them. The message that was literally delivered by phone by voice message on April 14th, 2023, to my work phone. After that exchange tensions between Mike Boyles and myself grew into lack of consideration from Mike Boyles. Due to hazardous and dangerous conditions I must work under I needed time to cope with new reality of insubordination in the workplace of Sheffield Oil Company, Inc. On top of the stressful environment Sheffield Oil Company, Inc's Mike Boyles created in the workplace.Most importantly, because I requested personal time off, in which I had available to me, to focus on my mental health after being exposed to such intimidating information, my emotional and physical concerns were not taken into consideration thereafter the sabotage.Moreover, after an Ultimatum, my employment at Sheffield Oil Company was spontaneously terminated. Immediately inflicting financial hardship to the fired-devotee, Nathaniel Dexter Smoak.See, what had happened was, I received a message, and, in that message, I could clearly Recognize three voices; two of them making a Mockery of Businesses that I have created and grew, while working in their organization. One voice being that of Mike Boyles, the Firing authority, where he stated, and I Quote, "That "Nigger" is Smarter than "WE" thought he was". As he refers to Nathaniel Smoak, the employee/ the help. Devastated, it was this derogatory statement that captivated my attention, so I then began to listen to the entire excruciating 15-minute-long conversation, that was involuntarily recorded by Mike Boyles's iPhone and accidentally sent to my Work Phone that was also an iPhone at the time of my employment at Sheffield Oil Company. Once hearing that statement, I instantly became inferior with anger. Most Importantly, it was in this Message where the words of others tarnished my perception of the company, I work for the past 10 years. I never knew that this type of hatred was brewing against me. Honestly, the thought that my fellow coworkers were plotting my disenfranchisement creeps me out.On top of that, it is strange how they {Sheffield Oil Company, Inc} googled me to retrieve information about my organizati
