I purchased a generator from Rosco Industrial Supply. My experience with them has been nothing but exceptional. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! The purchase was made two years ago and when I have questions and I call two years later, they still are so responsive that I am amazed. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a generator purchase it through this company. Truly genuinely a great family owned business and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They were significantly cheaper than other vendors and delivered exactly what they promised.

I am more than happy to provide an overdue 5 star review for Scott & Rosco generators. I had an issue with a brand new Cummins generator and Scott went more than above & beyond to help me get everything corrected, even though the new generator wasn’t purchased from him.
Scott’s level of customer service is very rare these days and he has definitely gained a few new customers as a result of this situation. For those that have low reviews for customer service, this is what “great customer service” looks like and should be a model for everyone! Well done and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Funny story....my guy aka the welder, moved to Boston...chasing a girl.(he only had 5 percent to complete)
I was under the gun to finish the raill before Tuesday ....and no welding gas????(aluminum)
So i sent a msg via Facebook ....the owner replied...and on Sunday afternoon, he handed me a new welding gas......if this is not a golden service, I don't know what is....???

Found Rosco after calling about 4 different other companies trying to change a bad valve. Scott was easy to work with I was able to get a new tank and leave mine to be check and services, turns out the valve was bad. He replace my bad tank with another even went as far to fill it full of gas! So now I basically have 2 tanks for the price of one. There are companies that only care about making profit while Scott cares more about his customers have a blessed day Scott. Yes I will continue to work with Scott for my gas needs and refills.
