10/10 I would give 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond for me. I was traveling south bound 95 I hit a pot hole and two of my tires went out at 6 pm on Thursday evening. They got me tires by 10 am the next morning cause they had to order them. They let me stay at their lounge overnight cause I didn’t have enough money for a hotel. I’m from Florida so I had 3 1/2 hr more to drive. Everybody I mean everybody that works there was so nice to me. They even brought me breakfast.

These guys are absolute machines. Was about 1 hour into a 15 hour drive back home when I blew my tire. Was helped right away and out of there in 20 mins. Prices were incredibly fair, can’t recommend this place enough

If I could rate this place 100 stars I would. We were headed from Vero Beach, Florida to Maryland in our RV when we got a flat tire on 95. I called to see if they had the size tire we needed in stock (which they did). We arrived and were immediately greeting by what appeared to be maybe the manager. Anyway, she was the most kindest person I’d ever met!!! Very courteous and professional. She discussed our tire options. Didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. That’s what I liked most about this experience. Then comes out the two guys who performed the work. They had to be in their early 20’s. Again, the most courteous, professional and honest people you’ll ever meet. After pulling off the tires they recommended that we just replace the valve stems since they had determined that was where the leak was coming from. Most places would NEVER, because they probably do not make much money over a simple valve stem replacement job - other places would have pressured me into new tires. No lie, these two guys (one had gold fronts) and the other wore glasses had two tires on my RV fixed in less than 30 minutes. We barely lost any travel time! I’m so glad we found this place. If your considering new tires I highly recommend Ken’s Tire in Ridgeland, SC. I wish we lived closer, I would go here for ALL my tire needs and recommend everyone to this place. Thank you to the entire team at Ken’s for keeping us safe and getting us back on the road again!

We blew a tire on 95 on our trailer, no cell service and very limited resources. These guys happened to pop up, I called they had someone to us in 10 min and replaced our tire and even put a tire on our spare that needed one. They were back to us quickly and got us on the road! Highly recommend using them!

Like so many others, we blew a tire on 95 at 9pm on a Friday night and called around - Ken’s had the tire in stock and quickly repaired it. Overall they made an unexpected situation less stressful! Thank you!! Highly recommend!

You know when you happen upon an unexpected treasure of a place on your travels? This place was it for us. We were towing a 5th wheel back from Disney when we had a blowout that tour up the side of our camper. Changed to the spare then a little bit later a second blowout. I couldn't get any help from our road side assistance programs so started calling around locally to where we were stranded. Ken's tire sent an incredible technician at 1am on Sunday who picked up the tire, took it back to the shop to put a new on, then returned and installed it on the trailer so we could get off the highway and to a safe place. We were able to stay in a safe place that night, then went to Kens tire shop the next morning and bought 4 new higher rated tires from them without asking for quotes. I have to be honest, I expected a hefty bill and would have still been grateful to pay it, but Darlene waived the night service fee and charged an incredibly fair rate for the 4 new tires. This would have been a perfect opportunity for higher profit. margins, but they were very honest, fair and helpful. The staff was incredible too, came out like an F1 pit crew and got her done in record time!! We really cannot be thankful enough for their service and honest business. Thanks so much!! you guys rock!
