Charged a young man, active military, new driver $410 to pick his car up and hold it for 4 days! The wreck was only a few miles from shop! Knowing this young man had no car they said couldn't take payment over phone, was told they only except cash in person and you have to call 30 minutes ahead of time bc no one stays in the office!! Very unprofessional! Also said the young man should have called sooner if he didn't want to be charged for daily storage knowing he had to go to hospital and treated for concussion! Also called several times and no answer and was disconnected or going up on! Warning stay away!!! The bodyshop adjacent to this place was rude and claimed they didn't have time to work on his car and he should just go get a new car! They didn't answer their phone either! STAY Away!
