Of the few choices available in Richburg, we tried this one. The food was alright, a little pricey. Service was good. Atmosphere was dated and a very cool temperature. We would give it a miss next time.

We discovered this gem last year and now we drive 2+ hours just to eat lunch or dinner. I have never had anything that doesn't taste home cooked and absolutely delicious!!

A very nice place for a pleasant experience of “local fare” at an exit off I-77…really unexpected, since it is surrounded by national franchise fast food restaurants… it is an experience that provides a taste of real “Southern cooking” in a small, personal venue. Not fancy, just good food.

Excellent!! Food was like homemade, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was humble but nice. I would highly recommend the fried chicken!

The only time I've ever been disappointed woth this place was walking in the day before they were closed and not having the full dessert lineup. Great prices, food that feels like you went to visit your granny, and always a breath of fresh air when stuck out on the road. Love you guys!

Vegetarian options: I would highly recommend getting off exit 65 to try this place as a girl from North Carolina I work out in Chester and needed a good plate to hit the spot on a very windy day. By goodness this more than did the job can’t wait to try the pecan pie later ❤️

We had a big group, but had a room to ourselves. The food was good but not up to their usual standards and it takes a while to get it out for a large group.
