Every time I’ve been here, the people have been exceptionally nice and helpful. However, the hours are kind of weird and again for the second time, here I am at 2:20 PM and they are not back from lunch and window service is closed.

i had a return and she wouldn't take it. the post office in moore always tapes it up for me. i don't have package tape - you would think the post office would provide that. she was trying to tell me to buy some tape. ridiculous. i will not be returning.

I have had a PO Box at the Reidville location since relocating here 5 years ago. I was initially getting it at the Lyman location near the home I was having built in Lyman. They gave me all the run around even though I had all the documents and had paid online. I came here as it's close to me sister in Franklin Point and had absolutely no problem at all. I have accidentally sent a package to a different box because I left off a digit and Tammy went on the hunt and retrieved my package no questions asked. Another package went missing due to merchant error and there Tammy was on a hunt again. And when it actually did show up from FedEx, she went out of her way and gave me a call to let me know it had arrived. Everyone I've done transactions there with have always been quite helpful.

The clerks here are the best. Very helpful and patient.FYI they are closed for one hour at lunch time.

This is the best post office in the U.S. The staff is always pleasant and wonderful. They are professional, efficient, and I always get in and out quickly. This location is the country's best kept secret.

Great experience during the holiday season. I had to return a package, send a package, and buy holiday stamps. The staff member was very helpful and did not rush me.

I cannot say one good thing about these people. Not one. Useless. Absolutely useless. My advice to anyone needing to mail something in the area...drive the extra few miles to the next Post Office. You'll thank me later.
