Had a legit piece of mail on the way to me that read "Awards Department" just slightly under the clear address window on the envelope. Received all pieces of mail scheduled to arrive on that same day but of course the aforementioned piece never arrived.

Needs a new mail carrier. Always getting someone else’s mail. Good luck if your missing anything important.

I drive a good 10 miles to get to this post office simply because they are extremely friendly and helpful. I'm usually the only customer waiting for the counter, and if not, that wait is short. Thanks for the excellent service!

Hire new drivers/carriers please!! The mail carriers from this post office constantly deliver packages and mail to the wrong addresses. Many people in our neighborhood along their route are either missing mail or have received other people's mail in their box. Terrible.

Staff not wearing masks, nor requiring customers to do so despite large sign on door stating it is required. There are no attempts at distancing, unlike West Ashley post office, which is following all Covid guidelines. When I asked why they were not adhering to the rules on the sign i just got an annoyed shrug.

It's a post office. Went in, asked to post a package, transaction completed and out the door-mission accomplished. Busyness due to customer volume is not the staff's fault. Someone who didn't get their payment type ready before going to the counter is not the staff's fault. Staff trying to be courteous to a customer who is a bit chatty is not the postal staff's fault. Every once in a while, I wish I could put the complaining people behind the counter and see how they fare.

Extremely rude and incompetent. They will leave your package in the rain instead of three covered porch, and if you are getting anything shipped to you out of country, might as well mail it to the post office because they'll fail to deliver it every single time. We have also lost 4 mail boxes to their drivers over the years, whose cars are covered in scrapes, scratches and dents from them hitting so many mail boxes. If I could have all my mail through ups or FedEx, I would.

There are positive and negatives to this post office worth sharing. 1. Great location. Right on 17, it is easy on and off if you need to mail something quickly. 2. Quiet. It is in a more rural part of the state, so rarely are there long lines. 3. Staffing is light. When I went there, only 1 person was working the front desk and the back. 4. My package was returned to me because a sticker was partially covering the address and they didn't remove it. That was a bit concerning. 5. Fully stocked - Boxes, stamps and mailing accessories are amble here for all your needs. 6. Post office worker was nice. She took my packages and candidly processed my request. Overall, it meets your needs. Not the greatest experience. Not the worst. Just ok.
