Brought my truck here to get tires balanced and mounted on a weekend. Thought they did a good job then the next day when I drove it on the interstate and I went over 70mph it started shaking pretty bad so I had to keep it under 70 mph the whole trip. Had to take it to another tire shop cause I was out of town and had to pay them to dismount the tires and rebalance them. So basically had to pay twice for a job that should have been done right the first time.

Helpful in finding odd tractor tire size and put it on for me. Eric is a great guy! It was hot as heck out in that field.

Great place for tires and tire servicing. Always greeting customers with a smile and quick on the draw to help you with your needs. Tire Tower with John and Cindy at the helm, is definitely an asset to the industry and our local area needs.

Must be hurting for money. I've always dealt with Cindy. She is very friendly and easy to work with. She even says hi when I see her at the grocery store. Small town stuff. Well today I had to talk with John I think is his name. After being quoted one price, when it came time to settle up it was double. He explained that filling tractor tires with water wasn't included and charged extra. Ok. I paid. While I was loading up the tractor I was told that if I left my old tires it would be another $90. I went in to talk with him, asked why the quote didn't include disposal fee and he got upset. He jumped up from behind his desk acting like he was going to come at me. Didn't care about what I had to say. If there are extra charges then just tell me up front, no need to be a jerk about it at checkout. Needless to say, there's other tire places in town. Sorry Cindy, I've really enjoyed giving you our business but we will be going elsewhere from now on.

Multiple interactions...sold me a "new" tire that had a plug in it. Always the customers fault... I won't be going back.

On a Saturday morning I showed up with hopes of getting my rotors turned, the owner, John, advised that I needed to make an appointment for 8 AM the following Monday. No fault of his due to the fact his employee was a, “no call / no show.” I made the appointment and returned at 8:04 the following Monday. His wife, Cindy, took my information and stated she would contact me if any further work or replacements were needed. The only phone call Cindy made was to inform me that my vehicle was ready. I arrived and paid $354 for two new rotors. I contacted Cindy after paying for what I believed to be was the cost for my rotors being turned. Cindy was very apologetic and admitted she failed to call me before replacing the rotors. Her husband followed up with me and was extremely unprofessional and rude during our phone call. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here. They did additional work without following through and contacting me. Convenient location for Ravenel, just not worth your time and money.

Up from Tennessee, we picked up a piece of metal in a tire that was leaking down. Staying at Edisto island looking for tire shops. 18 miles to tower tire right off hwy 17 they fixed our tire and was very good to deal with. Thanks, Tower tire.
