We had the best experience with Portable Buildings of Ravenel. We were able to take our time and pick colors, the atmosphere there is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Da'Niel is the BEST.
The day of delivery Quinton and Conner were great, knew exactly what they were doing and did it with out a problem at all.

So far, LOVE my new shed from PBR. Delivery was seamless and he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the installation. The Ravenel Team was fantastic when called on! I needed help with the city permit approval… they were immediately on it and resolved the issue. FIVE STAR!! :)

This review is not about this specific location, but about Graceland itself: Know this: they didn't install my shingles correctly. Literally didn't stagger the joint, leaving the roofing material exposed by a fraction of an inch. See the picture. Of course I didn't notice this because who would inspect their building's construction? Years later damage begins to mount. I notice it and they won't fix their mistake that is causing the roof to rot because it's outside of their warranty. When I pointed out that there's no way for a consumer to have noticed this in the first place and that damage would undoubtedly go unnoticed, their reply was: "This is the reason we have a seven-year warranty. Any craftsmanship issues should be found and reported within seven years." That sounds clear and reasonable. But know this: if they have a construction error in an area that you wouldn't obviously notice that then causes slow, unnoticed damage, they won't fix it because it's your fault for not noticing their nearly hidden mistake earlier. Up to this point, it was a great purchase. But buyer beware.I'm not removing this. It isn't fake. And I did contact Graceland. That's what my review is about. Re-read it. It's about Graceland because you can't review them. Report to Google if you want, but this is a legitimate review of the warranty service provided by the Graceland, not Portable Buildings of Ravenel and it says so in the review. It's a warning to consumers of a product you sell to be forewarned about issues. That's it.

The staff is always welcoming and helpful. We purchased a unit from them over five years ago and they still treat us as if they really want our business! We are already planning to purchase another unit from them! Thank you for wonderful customer service!

Previously we went to 2 other building businesses and they were not able to help - they only gave excuses but Portable Buildings of Ravenel was able to gave everything approved in a matter of weeks. Within 2 months, Portable Buildings had our new building (30 by 45, 14 ft. ceiling) completed. Da-Niel was great, professional and straight to the point. Will use Portable Buildings of Ravenel again for any other building we may need.

We had a wonderful experience working with Portable Buildings of Ravenel from start to finish. We loved being able to walk through the many options available on site to find what was just right for us. Once we made our selection, it was a seamless process selecting exactly what we wanted our building to look like. I love that we were able to customize every detail. The staff were fantastic in answering any questions promptly by email or over the phone. They even gave me updates along the way while our building was being built which was very much appreciated! Delivery was on time and a smooth process. I am SO very happy with our purchase. Everyone on my street was coming out to take a look at our beautiful new building and asking where we purchased! :) I strongly recommend Portable Buildings of Ravenel to anyone looking for the perfect building!
