If you care about your vehicle or your wallet, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE. The only thing these guys care about is their own trucks or their buddies. That’s what all the pictures or good reviews they have online are, because all of the work I saw was god awful. Took my truck here to get a steel bumper mounted, lower ball joints, and a 4x4 actuator. I supplied all of the parts they needed and came away with a $2,500 bill, a crooked bumper being held on by two bolts, no skid plate, and no 4x4 actuator. Supposedly the castle nut was seized on to the lower ball joint, so instead of cutting the nut off and using the new bolt and nut that came with the ball joint I supplied. they decided to replace my entire lower control arm. I told them to mount my winch and bumper to the truck, I would wire and weld the bumper to the truck afterwards. There was 2 bolts holding a steel bumper and 10,000lb winch onto my 1/8” frame. My winch wasn’t mounted in the center of my bumper. The control unit and all winch wiring was just set against the radiator, which very easily could have melted the wiring. The winch hadn’t been out of the box and had gouges in several places. They ordered 4 or 5 of the incorrect 4x4 actuators, even though they replaced the same part on the same truck a week before. I guess they just forgot to put my skid plate on and were going to keep it. Because when I called them and asked about why I didn’t have a skid plate they said, “yeah, it’s in the middle of our shop” yet I heard nothing about this. They took my plastics off my wheel wells. Instead of using the screws and plastic clips to reattach the plastics, they used a single zip tie to attach the plastics. This shop is a joke. Unfortunately they didn’t finish my truck when they said they would and I had to have someone else pick it up. They drove away without knowing what to look for because the guys said it was “all great”. Since we/I drove the truck away I was offered nothing. Well I guess they gave me my skid plate back and put two more bolts in my bumper to fill the holes they drilled and just left empty. Pictures provided below of their “great” work.

Took my truck in to get new tires and rotation they realize I needed new front brakes and a tire rod. Save me a lot of time in trouble. These guys are awesome and I’ll be bringing my baby back to them in the future.

These guys rock! When other local shops couldn’t resolve an alignment issue on one of our work trucks I brought it here. The communication was top notch, they diagnosed the issue correctly, finished repairs ahead of schedule, and had a fair price. I will definitely use them again! Highly recommend this shop!

Drove 30min to get an estimate only to have to wait 25 minutes to try and get an estimate and know one in the shop came out to give me an estimate, so I left. Not a good way to do business, you never keep a potential client waiting.

I was hoping this would end up being my go-to shop for my 4wd work. I had a simple 3" leveling kit for them to install. They were quick to get my truck back to me, but when I picked it up I noticed the left side was higher than the right. I had to take it back and they tried to correct it, but I ended up with a much higher ride height than I wanted in the front suspension. They didn't seem interested in finding a way to make me satisfied. They seemed more interested in getting rid of me. I had to finish my lift myself.

Try to explain to gal why and that I’m a special Ed teacher and can’t text to set up major appointments for two vehicles very far away and her response was the rudest most ignorant ever heard ! I have an old Lexus that had some seized suspension components. Some control arms needed to be cut off and bushings replaced. I went all over town and no other shop wanted to touch it. Finally, someone recommended Palmetto 4x4. This was definitely not an easy job and even required some unexpected fabrication. But Sam and his team took it on and got my suspension fixed up for a reasonable price.
