Can't say enough good things about Mitchell towing. Trevor Mitchell, checked my car to make sure I didn't miss anything that would not require it to be towed to the dealer before he put it on the tow truck, who does that today! Hopefully I won't need towing services in the future but if I ever do I will only use Mitchell!

Super solid company. I work with hundreds of towing companies annually and this company is definitely in the top 10 for me. Easy going customer service, super friendly, highly skilled, fair priced, etc. Just good/clean service. Don't think twice with using this tow company, Trevor does not disappoint.

The man told me he’ll get the car out and that it’s his job. Tough spot in parking garage. Kept his word. Three other companies couldn’t do it. I recommend this company above all others in the Charleston area.

I got a flat tire on my way home. It was about 7:30 pm and getting dark. I was in a secluded area and not comfortable being alone. I thought I would need to get my car towed someplace, leave it there for the night and Uber home with my groceries. Trevor asked if I had a spare and offered to change the tire for me. On a trip from Florida to Ohio, Our trailer detached from our truck going down the highway, (nobody was hurt thank God) but not even knowing where i was i found and called Mitchell's online and he not only found my location quickly but got our trailer back on the hitch within minutes and on the road again.Thank you so much Trevor!!! ?Service: Car towing

I had a semi to load on my trailer. I was recommended them from a customer. I called Mitchell towing, once I was able to get a price I hired them to do the job for a flat 350.00. Only after the driver arrived to load the excuses started. I was to have ramps, I did not tell him what exactly I needed done. I told him exactly what i needed done prior to hiring him. He hooked to the truck that needed loaded and pulled it outside of the gate. Only after I told him I had found another place to load the truck, mysteriously he could load it for additional 350.00 per hour. I paid another 550.00 to load it only because he really irritated me. If you have a heavy tow be careful.Service: Special vehicle towing

These guys were so helpful and efficient. They came to my house on a weekend to tow my car and ended up repairing the issue for me, thus saving me the tow and the cost of repairs at the dealer. They were fast, responsive, and great to work with. Highly recommend.Services: Battery service
